Ardiente feels another pang of guilt as he realizes that any chaos on the Sun right now might be his responsibility... but he's also emotionally exhausted at the moment, so it doesn't really register.

I have it on good authority that dying is considered a legitimate excuse to skip classes for the day, and I have my parents' permission to skip today if I want to after everything that happened yesterday, so we can just go sit on the roof if you want....or out in the gardens....whichever..."

She is confused for a moment and then gives in to second nature and starts to pet the cat. She speaks in the native cat language to him. "This is . . . Better." :)

He tried to follow her instructions just letting himself feel what it was like to be a bird. He managed to get himself back upright by doing that and this time when he flapped his wings he did make it airborne for a couple of seconds before he had to land again.

A spin was all she needed to hook her axe(she never chose the weapons anymore) behindhr opponent's knee, bringing him down. She stepped on his weapon-hand and places the axe at his throat. She had won again, without even breaking a sweat. With a kind smile she helped him up and told himto guard his left a little more.
"How's the band coming along, Ren?" She asks, walking over. "You find anymore members?"
