Between trying to watch over Illithia, teaching Professor Reading's classes, Ghalen's attentions, following numerous dead-end leads, following actual leads into Kuros and the Firebird camp, and trying to find out all she could about Ehos' attacker/seducer. All this along with the herculean task of having to actually talk to Keme at times has made the week extremely long and tiresome.

The bigger take away though, is the 'act' of corruption that these things bring about. The motivation-- unraveling the natural order of 'good' things, and bringing out the beastial or 'base' qualities (i.e. chaotic, selfish, 'evil') aspects.
No known succubi, has ever achieved Demon Lord status (if that even was a title), but if she'd interviewed Ehos much, or in her research of, it's clear that whatever this 'thing' was, "Kara", likely is more than a mere Succubi.
Various texts also suggest the best method of learning these things is one of two ways:

My understanding is mostly the PCs attended her, helped her clean up, fed her, etc. Cantrips help a ton.
Reminder to Ace, his druid felt a tinge of /something/ when he first met her, per my post. Wasn't sure if that registered or not due to your response. Not trying to squabble about natural 'divine' versus 'divine' without a type-- it's all divine to me unless you were trying to tell me there's nothing 'tied to the divine' with your character as a caster of divine magics.

I was getting into making Havel, and figured that the bishop should Probobly have leadership.
Then I got into making the cohorts... And highest level followers....
And now I may have an entire band of ragtag not quite dragons in mind, each with distinct personalities and builds.

Jeran is not very academically minded. He can organize people. He can train people. He's a good fighter and a good pilot. But research is....something that happens to other people....

Alright- I reworked the dragon torso stone to allow the dragon shaman class to be a heavily customizable thing.
Wording might not be crystal clear, but the idea should come across-
Allows creatures to trade features of the dragon shaman class for other features in the same class. Penalty to any given class feature cannot exceed 5, and bonus to any given class feature cannot exceed 10. The bouns increases the effective level of a class feature, at the cost of lowering the effective level of another.
The torso stone enables spellcasting- this spellcasting is gained as per bard for spell levels and spells known, but draws from the wizard spell list.
A few dragons prepare spells, and use the magus rules for spells prepared.
In addition, all physical changes brought by the class can no longer be hidden or removed by magic- the stone will not let it's users hide their features, as if it was proud of it's own work.

Draconic auras
Physical draconic features
Breath weapon
Spellcasting

Should I theme Havel as a teamwork & prismatic (the spell type) charecter, or should I theme him after stone and durability, and running things mostly solo?

What lower planar cosmology are we using again? Hell, Abyss, Abaddon, etc? Is there anything special/different to fiendish planes specific to our setting?
The Lower Planes is basically all one big plane. Hell, the Abyss, and Abaddon are all basically sections of that plane, the divide being one that is more a matter of political/ideological difference than actual difference between devils, demons, and daemons. There is a sort of 'neutral' territory in the middle of the three which is what Ephebe and her aschen control (because nobody else wanted it), and there is a toll that has to be paid when folks want to take an army through to make war on another section.
Conversely, the same is true of Heaven, with different sections all actually being part of one larger plane.

But don't trust the lower planes GPS...it keeps steering people into bottomless pits, lakes of fire, and so on. ;P

Zanthos always was an odd one, seeing the sunwakes at primal dragons- and took after what he thought was the greatest dragon of all- brine dragons.

Sabrina used divisions and patience to find out what dragons were "native" to this planet, determined to find out what color the sunwakes are, and used that as her color.
Havel has convinced her to keep the fact that this is the dragon's true color to herself.
She's naturally Psionic, and lacks traditional draconic casting.

Was in quite a rush to attain her draconic form, feeling strangely trapped and sick of her human body. Once she attained it, it felt like she was finally "home" and settled into the cult, becoming a permanent resident and co-bishop with Havel.
