The "supernatural power" is literally something he's had for a little while. His antimagic is getting more and more visible.
And calling a spirit like that isn't really magic- a ritual, sure, but the spirit comes in reply to you doing strange things. Not to you using magic.
... Trying to make a choice for what I'm dong with Havel.
I donno if I want to make Xer really durable (via AC and DR), really durable (Via nearly endless HP), or make him somethign a bit more gimmicky and Mage-like.

Ugh. Looks like another one I have to update. And it only took forever to find that one. It's ridiculously hard to find a dark skinned character portrait. :/

She's actually a lot more southeast Asian looking. But that's not easy to show in the pictures. The character portrait I had for her showed that pretty well, but now I gotta go looking again.

Technically, "wandering in the woods" isn't what he did. He headed to the woods to do an act, intentionally. Wandering suggests lack of purpose.
As for 'cut' himself, that's another falsehood-- he thrust a weapon, intentionally into hmself, nay-- attempted ritual suicide.
Pretty sure he did -attempt to- lie.

I have characters like this in some of my games.
Heck even my characters who are good at lieing use this as a tactic, but they rehearse this in their heads too, this is both because magic that detect actual lies exist and also because it makes it easier to give extra details if pressed.

Wander is to move in a leasurely, causal, or aimless way. Witch thanks to dajalos, the walk there kinda was the first two.
He said he cut his shirt on something. This is true, but also doesn't explain anything.

Really? Because it doesn't come up for me when I click on it. (Not talking about the avatar image on the site. The little blue 'image' text that you find on most if not all of my aliases is a link to a picture that I feel best represents my character. I used to put it in the profile, but I stopped doing that ages ago because putting the link in the part of the profile (usually under gender or class or something like that) that displays in the tag line is easier to find for people. And I'm getting the same error message that the others are describing when I click on the link.)

Uncle Ryo, Uncle Keaton, Uncle Ryo's kids, the other adopted cousins I can't keep straight.... Uhhhh.....there's Razule (Razzy? Which name does this version prefer?) who makes the alchemical stuff....and there's the err.....snake guy? Name? I always forget this part.....and the kinda scary halfling girl who won't let me near her garden because I kill things (it's not like I mean to)....err.......Adsila? Yeah, that's it. Thank goodness for the staff catalog. Oh, and the new cousin too. The firebird guy. Don't think I've met him yet? The one my sister-in-law's sister is dating....I'm getting a headache just thinking about it....Seriously, Andromeda left diagrams and I still have trouble remembering it all....
Edit: Ryo is Aananda's adopted brother. Which means that his brother Keaton got adopted too. By default. :)
