So, anyone who wants one of the band, I'd like to hear from you. Know somone was interested in Fenna and Magic was interested in drake and Mike.
I'd like t hear what your take on them is, along with any other people who might want an member of the band for themseves,
Later tonight, I intend to have the band be introduced by having an extremely lost mazia and zanthos fly around the school- should make it kinda obvious that there are dragons, here- one of them being a almost black dragon, one looking like a blue drsgon (but isn't, really.)

Kineticist was allowed for Jasper because he's a djinn (mostly) and his wind control is natural as opposed to learned, so it works differently.
Yep, this. Kineticist is by permission only and the concept has to have djinn or elemental background.
However, you don't really need kineticist for a lightning specialist. You can look at firebender, or also psion (kineticist). I play one in another game, and at 9th level she's doing a creditable imitation of Storm. So I know it's quite possible using powers like Energy Current and so on. Especially since you know I'm not going to make you track power points and such. :)

Ah. My bad. :)
I'll blame it on the pain. Which is accurate. It's really hard to think clearly when my foot is aching so bad. Apparently I also injured my sense of humor. :P
(Or I'm just pathetically bad at spotting sarcasm. I'll let you guess which one.) ^.^

Lyn, how do the people of Kuros, or more importantly the folks in the factories/mecha hangar refer to Jiminy? Does he have a rank? Is it just Mr. Sunwake?
He is often referred to as Boss or Boss Man at the factories, but mostly he is just referred to as Mr. Sunwake in town. Some crossover there both directions. He has no special titles.

So my cat needed dental surgery to extract 7 teeth. That has been fun. He does not like taking his pills either, or his painkillers. Guh
Poor kitty! :(
Did the vet give you the syringe like thing for shoving the pills into the back of the throat? It's a lifesaver (for the owner...you've only got so much blood) and really makes it a lot easier. I got super good at that maneuver when my previous kitty was very ill (complications from old age mostly) but it's never ever fun. :/

Cool, ty!

Regarding slots, points, etc
Yea, I've gathered that was the case, and since Ace has all of those and more, I just try to be reasonable with what he expends in a given scene.
I know its probably something I don't need to pay that much attention to, but 1) Its a good habit in general, 2) It keeps me honest 3) I don't mind resource management all that much.

Kinda. His anti-inflammatory pills are just the pill so have to use fingers to make him swallow. His painkillers have the syringe that let me shoot it into his mouth, which does help.
Luckily he is extremely docile and never ever scratches or bites. He definitely is sulking very hard though.
Double on top of trying to introduce them to a new kitty (who has never had to live with other kitties before) and he's super stressed. We have him locked in the basement away from the other kitty while he's healing.

We used to have this syringe thing for giving pills. It had a sort of rubber claw on the end that you put the pill in, then you shoved the pill into the kitty's throat and hit the button to make the claw let go. Absolutely brilliant invention. Saved me so many claw marks. But it sounds like your kitty is a sweetheart who isn't trying to murder you (are you sure it's a cat?!) so that's good. :)
Hope your kitty heals quickly and gets over being traumatized by the invader.

Ah, nevermind then.
He's just keeping an eye, and trying to think of who to notify, then.
No worries. No one needs to be notified. This one went straight to the top of the food chain. :P
(She was sitting in the garden at the time...I can't not.)

I hope I didn't take too many liberties with Mithros' post...
Nah, you're good. :)
Will post for Ryleh tomorrow. Probably late afternoon. After an exhausting day, I have an exhausting morning to look forward to tomorrow and will no doubt collapse after. No skipping arm day when you have to use crutches to walk. :P
Nope, humor does not make it hurt less...well, it was worth a shot. ;)

More tired than I thought. Came home from belt promotion, slept all, afternoon, woke up and ate dinner and now I just wanna go back to sleep. *yawn*
Yeah, Jiminy would be getting reports from TacNet while the tour was going on. Will post in game when I'm not half asleep. Apologies for the delay.

Sorry if I'm taking too many liberties with the Chosen One, Dami. I'm basing it all off of having looked after toddler girls before. This is pretty much what happens. :P
Also, since she won't pick a name, Jeran has started calling her Cho because Chosen One is too long. :)

Works for me. She's:
a) Clearly 'attached' to Jeran,
b) Seems to react more to his voice, than any words,
c) Has no social skills-- probably due to being raised as an infant by devil/demon worshippers that didn't kill her outright, or ... worse.
No complaints so far.

It's funny- dispite the fact that they're supposed to be worshipping dragons- they have immunity to draconic fear aura by level 3.
That actually makes perfect sense. If you spend your time worshiping dragons, you should built up a resistance or immunity to their fear aura.

Is anyone waiting on a response from me? I'm kinda punchy from being super tired. I'm at the stage of healing where the pain has become sharp, tingly, and pulsing which has been keeping me awake. Naps? Nope. Tried it. I did get some sleep last night, but that was more from complete exhaustion since I got none the night before. Ugh. So my memory is less than ideal and I may need a little extra prodding now and then. :)

TheAlicornSage |

Have you tried meditation or drowning yourself in music?
I find those to be the best alternatives to actual sleep, though drowning in orchestral music is probably better for dealing with pain. Or drowning yourself in a soundscape, such as stormsounds or ocean waves.
Edit: By drowning yourself in sound, I mean making it so you hear nothing else, and with the music loud enough to demand your attention, to drown out your thoughts so you can just focus on the sound. Particularly complex music to try and follow as many parts as you can, to feel it without thinking about it.
Edit 2; Of course, I hear other people can easily feel without thinking, so you will probably find that bit easier than I do.

I'm actually rather interested in seeing what dragon club members will think of Kevin.
The funny thing about him with Mike and Drake is he'd be interested in them as guys, when they'd have no interest in him, but when they become a dragon, they'd be interested in him, but he'd lose interest in them.
