Tomb, a thought just occurred to me. I was going through my character sheet looking at prepared spells for idea what to cast, and I noticed that I forgot to eliminate the Leadership feat I took, that you had said you'd rather not worry about at the time. If, however I did still have it, now, or after this battle would be a great time to have my apprentice show up.
I'd like to put together a character sheet for her. I'd make her an ideal support class for us; I'm thinking an inquisitor. It's a wisdom based fighter/caster with lots of skills, so she could cover perception, rogue skills, buffs/debuffs, supplement Tihn's lore skills, heal, and do just about whatever we are having trouble covering. And it would be completely legal, and require changing not a thing on our existing character sheets. As per cohort rules, she'd be 12th level, compaired to our 14th, but still high enough to be very useful. Would this be acceptable?
To be honest, I would prefer not. I wouldn't mind you having an NPC as a support, if we find you guys need it. For now, I'd like to see how you can handle the module.
At first, with the elementals, I was: Ok! That's gonna go down ugly very fast, but then the Wall appeared... So I'm happy to build experience seeing how things go a little longer.
In the meantime, get a new feat!

All, my sincere apologies for my extended absence. Things picked up at work over the last couple months and I had a difficult time keeping up with all PbPs. I have caught up on all of the action and I would like to see if Tomb and the group are open to Ukyou returning to the game. Things have settled down. I do have a family vacation to Ireland coming up from June 19-29, but as long as their is a reliable internet connection as we move from place to place, I should be able to post at least once/day. If you would rather move on as-is, I understand.

The Tomb |
Ok Ukyou, you got sidetracked on scouting around the building and missed most of the fun, but are now joining the group.
Welcome back! Glad you figured a way.

The Tomb |
Please note I won't be able to post too often for the coming week. I should resume normal posting August 5.

The Tomb |
Still interested? There's been ups and downs in posting. Let me know how you feel and whether I can make adjustments that would make the game more enjoyable for you.

I agree. I'm definitely still interested, but I'm struggling with the right things to ask. Beyond returning with a family heirloom blade, I'm not sure what it would look like to be able to restore honor in a provable way, so it makes it hard to know exactly what I am looking for, and therefore hard to know what to ask.

Going to bed, so I'll keep it short. They are pretty much all in the intro post. Looking for someone to complete the team! Some players chimed in too, adding their views.

Great; thanks for the notice. I've applied as the Elven Wizard Gorgoron.
I'll be out of town until the weekend. Taking my kids to see the dinosaur museum in the Alberta Badlands. If any of you ever get the chance, and you're in western Canada, it's a great place to visit. Huge fossil collection.

I live in Edmonton right now, working as a therapist in psychiatry at the U of A Hospital. I'm originally from BC, and have lived there most of my life, but I've spent the last three or so here in Alberta. We took my kids to the Royal Tyrrell last year, and my son absolutely loved it. (He was 2 1/2 and real life dinosaur bones are about the coolest thing in existence at that age.) He has been asking to go again ever since, so now we're going again, a full year later.

Hehe..small world..I live in North Battleford in Saskatchewan. I work for the Western Development Museum as a curator. My 2 boys just loved going to the Tyrrell, but then we moved to S. Ontario (where I am from) and they had to make due with the Royal Ontario Museum...but it was still pretty fun!!

Tell me about. I have a brother in one of the harder hit towns outside Calgary, and they are still not back into their house.
A combined trip with Calgary stampede would be very workable; Drumheller is only about an hour away from Calgary.

Tihn Tremako |

I'll bring it up to my step-daughter. The stampede is right up her alley (she loves horses and watching competitions like that) and the boys LOVE dinosaurs. And I'd be curious to see the badlands myself. I haven't seen that region (on either side of the US/Canadian border) except when I was passing through by train, and that section was mostly at night.
I hope your brother's situation gets straightened out soon. My daughter lives is a little town that is very prone to flooding due to a nearby river. The Army Corps of Engineers made some recent changes in the area to mitigate that, and we have our fingers crossed that the worst years of that are behind us.

A CotCT game I'm in is currently recruiting an extra player. Let me know if you post an application.

The Tomb |
I just posted over there Tomb. Not sure if he's going to be too close to what you're playing though.
It's similar, but not that much, though I don't know how the DM will see it. Can you keep the concept and the story but change the mechanics?

The Tomb |
By the way, you're not at the end yet. Where you teleported, you had found four locks that could make the teleporting circle teleport you elsewhere.

Ukyou Zashiki-warashi of Kasai |

I saw that go up. You definitely going wizard Jiro? I've got an Arcanist/Riftwarden/possibly Magaambyan Arcanist concept (Archmage), but I might see about other ideas that would fit a different niche.
