Gloves of dueling and Martial focus

If the wearer has the weapon training class feature and is using an appropriate weapon, her weapon training bonus increases by +2.

Special: The Martial Focus feat counts as the weapon training class feature with the chosen fighter weapon group for the purpose of weapon mastery feat prerequisites and what weapons you can use with weapon mastery feats.

With martial focus feat, does the weapon training bonus increase by + 2 or not with gloves of dueling ?

I assume Waldham is trying to go from effectively a +0 Weapon Training to a +2 with the gloves, though it doesn't work for the reason will already pointed out.
