So is that avatar. Yikes!
Hopefully people will judge not by the hideousness of his skin, but the strength of his character.

Dakeyras Waylander |

Dakeryas has a few knowledge skills and spellcraft, took a trait to gain knowledge nature as that fit the Hunter background. I am interested in how we will all work together ^^.

Test. Weird. When I try to post to the gameplay thread, it comes back with a thing telling me that I can change my avatar name up to 10 times, and an edit box for the text. I click "Submit" again, same thing. It never seems to actually post to the gameplay thread.

I decided to go with the occultist after all. Kineticists are about damage, and I think we have plenty of that as is, what with the magus and slayer and fighter. I know that this build is non-optimal (necroccultist is, no way around that), so I try to make up to it by being a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy. I'll eventually buy my own wand of inflict light wounds.
I've subscribed to the RSS feed, so I don't need to dot the gameplay thread.
Micrandro's backstory is that he has been a traveling merchant his whole life, going with caravans, buying and selling trinkets and minor treasures. He cannot hide his dhampir traits (light-gray skin, pale irises), so he has grown to be a meek and nonthreatening, personality-wise.

That's indeed weird, never heard of this happening.

Grandmaster TOZ |

I found no mention of it when I searched the forums, only the mention of 'do not delete the initial post of the gameplay thread, it breaks everything'. Might be something to bring up in the feedback forum.

Dakeyras Waylander |

Heyy, just checking we are still good for this and I haven't missed something? Hope everyone had a grand new year!

Oenemaus the Stranger |

Aahh. Azlant Ridge. I've heard so much about it yet all my attempts at playing get flustered.
In any case, I'm still around, and waiting doesn't affect anything for me. Thus I wait.

I wasn't planning to run it yet, but easily could. I've played it already and have the PDF
How about a GM-trade? I'm prepping for a live game next Tuesday, but could start reading BAR right after that.

Grandmaster TOZ |

As the Glacier mentioned, I'm swamped with a LOT of things, more than just Azlant Ridge. I'm going to focus on whittling those commitments down before I start this one. My apologies for the delay.

Dakeyras Waylander |

No! Perfectly understandable, just making sure I hadn't messed up somewhere ^^. I too have been working at whittling down stuff before running again. Take it easy!
Also Glacier, meanie ;p

Well, I would like to clear up one of my scenarios before I begin another, and I would have to warn you that my posting rate won't be as high as now (back to classes and all that) but I would be willing to do a few on your list you have not played.
Are there any that you are super interested in playing? I can look at the Haunting of Hinojai, Cairn of Shadows, Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible to see how they work out in PbP. If you have a favorite among all those, let me know.
I could also run Weapon in the Rift, Library of the Lion and In Wrath's Shadow. I've already run them, BUT I found those three to be some of my favorite scenarios.
Anyway, I'll let you think about it.

Alright, I'll start reading Cairn of Shadows then, see if that'll work out. If it doesn't, i'll read through Haunting. That one I remember rather fondly.

They are both amazing, if a little buggy here and there.

Oenemaus the Stranger |

I'd have to say the higher subtier, although I'm not picky on that. I would want a full table of six solid murde... I mean Pathfinder Agents though before we go on in.
Cairn of Shadows would probably work out. I just need to get working on getting maps set up and all that.

Grandmaster TOZ |

Nosy nosesome! :)
For a more complete update, I'm hoping to finish the one PbP and see where the second one is going. I'm playing in far too many myself, and they aren't moving fast enough to finish before Azlant. So I'm waiting to see how those turn out.
Combine that with Las Vegas Open this weekend, planning for Phoenix Comicon, as well as spinning up a charity con the second weekend in March, on top of my final semester of college with capstone project, and I am balancing many plates. Hopefully there will be some movement on this next month. Thanks for your patience.
I believe that Wei Ji is also looking for a seat, so we may go with six players.

![]() |

I am looking for a seat here, if all are amenable, but I will have to send in someone a bit shorter for this ride, clearly. Will have a proposal shortly after reviewing what is already on the table, as it were.

This is the other alternative I'm pondering, a PFS version of an NPC from a home campaign.. *ducks*
"So, hello there! My partner just got back from doing all her 'save the world' stuff and I figure it's my turn to get out of the house. She can stay and watch the kids while I can get out and restore her standing, even. Don't tell her I'm doing that, though, she doesn't think it's important."

1 person marked this as a favorite. |

So, I applied for a spot originally but then missed out on all the excitement due to the greater excitement of having my second child.
TOZ said a spot was still open, so I need to throw a character together.
Looks like:
Slayer
Fighter
Ranged Magus
Occultist
Cleric
Sorcerer/Wizard
I know seven is the stretched-out maximum for PFS: if TOZ doesn't want seven then I can bow out.
If not, I'm definitely avoiding anything with a pet or action economy problems, maybe a ranger/bard mash-up (think Alan a'Dale). Bards can be great at big tables.

Grandmaster TOZ |

Apologies for the delay (and the campaign switching to inactive!), but I'm graduated and everything, and my other PbP is finally over, so I will be working to get this one started soon.

Oenemaus the Stranger |

Rogue Six standing by.

Grandmaster TOZ |

Apologies for the long delays. After the con weekend and my last Disney trip for awhile, I will be both free and not free to start this up while I am job hunting. Once I get the ball rolling, it should hopefully gain some momentum. Below is what I understand the party composition to be.
Upaynow: Oenemaus the Stranger, Human Slayer
Mighty Glacier: Micandro, Wandering Antiquarian and Dhampir Occultist
Sethran: Dakeyras Waylander, tiefling ranged Magus
rknop: Sabina the Pathfinder, Human Fighter
Wei Ji the Learner: Shayliss Vinder-Jadetress, Varisian Wizard.
rknop, since this is Campaign Mode, feel free to keep the old Lore Warden or update to the Adventurers Guide version as you see fit.
