TMNT: A Unlikely Grouping
Game Master
Killer Munch
I am going to try and run one of the above
note i wont to vote on wich one and i have not run TMNT b-for
Roll for animal and backstory.
I'd vote for TMNT, but I'd play either!
Nice will tally the votes in a week.
TMNT but i'd play either as well.
Ditto...tmnt is my preference as well.
There is a classic. Love those games.
Pathfinder Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber
Honestly, I kind of prefer After the Bomb, but I think that is more because I like leaving E & L's boys alone.
Ok right now it is 3 TMNT 1 After The Bomb.
hay spazmodeus
Personally I prefer a hybrid. TMNT as core setting, ATB's updated BioE rules and combat rules.
That is if I'm not just going to GURPS the sucker.

hay spazmodeus Hey killer
Let's do TMNT (but I love After the Bomb, too! I grew up in the San Joaquin Valley, and that's where the base campaign world for Road Hogs took place!
Here's a TMNT base roll set:
I.Q. 3d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3) = 13
M.E. 3d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 6) = 14
M.A. 3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6) = 11
P.S. 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3) = 10
P.P. 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 3) = 10
P.E. 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 3) = 13
P.B. 3d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 5) = 13
Spd. 3d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 2) = 11
Animal Type: 1d100 ⇒ 88 Zoo
Animal: 1d100 ⇒ 94 Camel! I guess my name is Joe.
Cause of Mutation: 1d100 ⇒ 16 Accidental Encounter...
...and that's all I got for now. But hey, fun to go through!
Road hogs was great. So do we have someone that is willing to run? It looks like we have a few players interested.
All right it is 6TMNT 1 (2?)After the bomb
All right TMNT is woins. Note bie-E and animals are like after the bomb
I allways do mix.
Didn't know there was a difference. I'll have to check my books when I get home.
I'll have to try and download some lol because I think mine are in storage somewhere.
So standard creation rules per 2nd edition, animal bio-e per after the bomb?
You want us to randomize everything Killer?
No just animal and backgrownd.
1st TMNT rest.
Category: 1d100 ⇒ 84 = Wild Bird
Animal: 1d100 ⇒ 88 = Eagle
Mutation: 1d100 ⇒ 93 = Deliberate Experimentation
Education: 1d100 ⇒ 77 = Specialist I think? This is the only table I can't find online.
Killer just so clear we are using the revised TMNT for everything except Bio-E which is coming from After the Bomb? Also which After the Bomb version are we using because I have the old one but not the new one.
Let's see
Category :1d100 ⇒ 56 = Wild
Animal : 1d100 ⇒ 20 = Badger
Mutation : 1d100 ⇒ 62 = Deliberate Experimentation
Education : 1d100 ⇒ 73 =Specialist
Organization : 1d100 ⇒ 25 = Biological Research Facility
I found the books! Now to find the tables!
Lets see some rolls! Join the deliberately mutated specialist team.
Category: 1d100 ⇒ 89 Zoo Animals
Animal: 1d100 ⇒ 57 HAHA Freaking Elephant lol
Mutation: 1d100 ⇒ 62 Deliberate
Education: 1d100 ⇒ 10 Adopted and raised as family member
Organization: 1d100 ⇒ 90 Military Organization
Are we doing dice rolls for stats also?
Adopted... "And here's our intelligent house elephant, Nigel."
Lol now I definitely have to call him Nigel and he will be speaking with an English accent.

Let's go through this...
Education: 1d100 ⇒ 7
Organization: 1d100 ⇒ 73
I don't have the table, what's this?
No organization as wild education I don't think.
Looking nice yes dice rolles to.
IQ3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6) = 17 +5 = 22
ME3d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 3) = 9
MA3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 1) = 3
PS3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 3) = 8
PP3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 6) = 14
PE3d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 3) = 10
PB3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 4) = 9
SPD3d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 3) = 14
+ 1d6 ⇒ 5 to IQ
If I can't find my old TMNT books anywhere, is there another source for character generation?
Also, thanks, imimrtl!
I'll be travelling tomorrow and Sunday, and I'm away with my wife for a few days from Dec 28-31 (Kids with the grandparents, yay). Those days I'll be spotty or absent, but I should be able to check in through the holidays otherwise. I'll continue the character building as best I can through that time.
So my character so far looks like this...
Camel with an Accidental Encounter, grew up in the wild.
So it's a zoo (or perhaps circus?) animal who went through some horrible accident and escaped to survive on his own...
I.Q. 13
M.E. 14
M.A. 11
P.S. 13
P.P. 12
P.E. 19
P.B. 13
Spd. 11
+2 melee attacks, +10% S.D.C.
Prowl +24%
Survival +24%
Escape Artist +10%
Swim +10%
Climb +15%
One secondary skill
3d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 3) = 7 = $700 worth of scavenged equipment.
He looks good to me. (FIRE!)
Won't be able to work up my badger till Sunday at the earliest.
Rolls from skill programs/secondary: Acrobatics PP
1d4 ⇒ 3
SDC
1d6 ⇒ 2
Gymnastics PP1d4 ⇒ 3
SDC 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 6) = 13
Athletics SPD1d4 ⇒ 1
SDC 1d8 ⇒ 6
Boxing PS1d4 ⇒ 3
SDC 3d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 6) = 12
Running SPD4d4 ⇒ (3, 4, 4, 1) = 12
SDC 1d6 ⇒ 6
3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1) = 9 times $1000 = $9000 worth of gear
Getting everything together and will have a profile up in a bit.
Oh bummer I wish I still had the books.
By the way by BIO-E I ment the disadvantages powers ect.
The characters are looking good right now.
Are we using the attribute bonuses for the animals from After the bomb too or just the powers/disadvantages?
Just powers and disadvantages.
Ok cool, I'm almost done and will have my profile up soon. What about Brute Beastly and Crushing strength?
Profiles done except for equipment.
Yay the characters are cumming along vary well.
Darn it. Thought I had After the Bomb...I have Mutants in orbit...
Guess I'll have to bow out...
Spazmodeus you don't need to bow out. What animal were you and I can give you the powers and disadvantages to choose from. Everything else is normal tmnt.
I just ordered backup copies of TMNT and ATB online, but in the meantime, what is the BIO-E of a camel?

I rolled a Badger.
Thanks :)
