Sunny, |

"I.. I don't think so, Sunny. But I appreciate the offer. And if you're heading off, I just remembered something that can be of use to you."
He walks into the next room for a minute and returns with a stoppered bottle.
"They're smelling salts. You can use them to wake someone up, even in dire circumstances... I suppose you could use them on your friend, too, but it can cause a strain if the injured party is in too bad of a way and tries to move.
Someone gave the Prior this some time ago, and he only mentioned it in passing, but I think you could use it more than we."
That's up to the rest of the party. You know that Sorval went to the Sheriff and Manny and Ruul went to the Gilded Haft. You can go to meet them, if you choose. (In fact, I highly suggest it.)
Sunny bounces up and gives Marduzi an enthusiastic hug of thanks to show she rilly appreciates his gift, before skipping back and trying to find somewhere to put it about her person.....
After a few moments of checking the shirt that is all which she's wearing, she gives a bright 'Ah!' before slipping the bottle into a small pouch on the inside of the shirt (Which Marduzi and Worren might now realize the blond Elf has some how managed to put on inside out).
"POCKET!" (^_^) Sunny exclaims the word brightly, pointing to the slight lump now under the material by way of explanation as to where the bottle has been put, before spinning about and skipping off seeking her friends with a jaunty wave to both fellows.
Sunny skips about the town asking about which way to her friends (Describing Ruul by placing her hands to her forehead with fingers raised)
Meeting 1) Rull & Manny 2) Sorval : 1d2 ⇒ 1
Eventually skipping up to the store where Rull and Manny are at.
"Hey-YA there!" (^_^)

Ruul Spiritskin |
Ruul considers the problem.
”I can set up a trap or two. I had to learn quickly in the wild to survive this far.”
Ruul’s survival is pretty good.
***
The bull snorts and nods in greeting toward the cheery elf. ”Good day.”

Sunny, |

Edited thank's ta' Manny's helpful explanations (^_^)
Suny slows down some as she enters the building, giving people a friendly wave.
"Oooh..." She exclaims, padding over and squinting through the hole.
"So, these 'Vandal' thingys? They's in't very big, is they?" She points to the tiny hoke in the wall. "We could maybe catch on in one of them glass thingys... um... ah! Bottle!" She remembers, pulling one said item out from some where within the shirt she's draped in.
"See? Marduzi give me this as a gift." (^_^) She peers at the stuff inside, "Though he said it's got some sort of salts... fer smellin'...." She frowns, "No, that int't the right way of sayin' it..." And she ponders some more, though still offering the bottle up for Ruul and Manny to look at as well.

Sorval |

Heading back to her room to change. And I'll do some research on what to buy.

Ruul Spiritskin |
Ruul studies the bottle a moment before uncorking it and giving it a good sniff.
Perception: 10 + 10 = 20

Ruul Spiritskin |
Ruul's eye water and his bovine snout wrinkles in offense. He snorts loudly and shoves the vial away from him. "That's strong."
Any idea what it is?

Sunny, |

Sunny eyes grow wider at the result of Ruul's inhalation of the bottle's contents.
"That din't look pleasant!" Are her simple thoughts on the matter. "Yer eyes almost crossed them selves in't other side of yer head!" Sunny very tentatively wafts some of the lingering odor towards her own pert nose.
(>_<)"Eck! GAH!" *Cough, cough*
"Geez! Right enough ta' wake tha' dead!" Sunny exclaims blinking before,
"Oh! That were whut Marduzi did say! That tha' salts were fer wakin' peoples up!" (^_^) She peers at the bottle and its possibly dwindling contents.
"Here, lets put tha' stopper back in. Keep our noses safe..." She takes back the bottle and re-affixes the stopper, before again slipping it back into her shirt.
"Pock-ette!" She happily explains/points to the slight lump under the fabric. "So... when is we gon'a start watchin' fer this thingy?" Sunny asks, seeing when people are going to settle down and if there's still some time to do stuff about town in the mean time.

Sunny, |

Sunny nods, arraigning a time when Manny and Ruul are going to 'start' with the watching before offering another jaunty wave and skipping off.
Sunny would also arrange for a descent meal to be delivered to the pace where she, Manny and Ruul will be keeping watch. (Maybe organize for a breakfast in the morning?)
Other than that, what else is there to see/do about town for a chirpy, young Elf? (^_^)
Very much cheers ta' all! (^_^)

Ruul Spiritskin |
With his manager's help, Ruul sets a number of snares and catches up to around the dwarf's shop.
Survival plus Aid: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 8 + 2 = 21

Zeltor |

** spoiler omitted **
"Hmmm, maybe he needs to be looked at - I will be visiting you and your son as soon as I have the opportunity, would that be acceptable" - the tiefling questions.
"Also, you are most welcome - I am happy I was able to assist in reuniting your family" - he smiles warmly.
Later on, Zeltor will set off in search of the others.
Maybe I will find Ruul and Manny setting up traps to capture mild mannered citizens wishing to shop for some dwarven goods? :D

Sorval |

Sorval greets Zeltor courteously as he heads past her- Good Afternoon; my planetouched friend... How goes things?
This item purchasing had to take a temporary backseat because of my IRL campaigns and work- I have a few ideas but they'll need price checked before I put them up for TET's seal of approval.

The Elusive Trout |

"Now, now... it would be excessive to ask for more from you, sir. While I'm sure that my boys will be happy to see you in the weeks to come, and my youngest needs you as a role model, you've done more than enough. However, you're always welcome in our household. Now, if you'll excuse me..."
You would likely run into Sorval, so you can run with that. :)[/spoiler]
I have yet to know what all Sorval is buying, but that's fine.
A young dwarf is hocking pastries at a street corner, and is more that willing to bring his fare to the Gilded Haft later for a silver.
"I was afraid na' one was goin' ta buy a darned one, see?"
There's still plenty of activity (people moving trade goods in carts), but there's not much that Sunny can do without interrupting, as far as interaction goes. Unless she wants to enter random buildings or shops, of course.
Ruul and Manny set up some snares with expert efficiency, though it takes a while. During the time they do this, they are visited by a dwarven lad who carefully hands some pastries into the room.
"Courtesy of that Sunny girl."

Sunny, |

(^_^) @ Manny and Ruul
"Mmmph! Iph goof!" (^_^) She will declare/agree happily, wolfing said delicacy down before sorting out the paying and delivering details. Once so sorted Sunny continues on her way, skipping merrily about the place. Traveling where ever her whim and fancy takes her.
Indeed, Sunny will investigate the interior of any and all stores about the place. Isn't that what stores are for? (^_~) Though, given Sunny's potential lack of better 'social' graces, there might be some confusion as to what is and what isn't a public building.
Perception:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Appraise:1d20 + 0 ⇒ (12) + 0 = 12(Not sure if one can do this 'unskilled'? One wonders how people 'Haggle' at low levels. :P)
Knowledge Local:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 ( I think Sunny has been in this town before? This is where she met Doannon, yes?)
Diplomacy:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19 Sunny will also organize with the Town's Tavern/Inn for a good sized, decently spread set of meals to be taken/delivered/served to the place where she, Manny and Ruul will be pending the night. Aiming to be there about early dusk so that she can also partake of said repast. (^_^)
"They's chee-caan an' steak an' 'shrooms an' 'taters an'...um... greens stuff... an' shrooms an' pork an' veal an'..." (^_^)

The Elusive Trout |

Again, I keep popping in and out of existence. It's been an insanely busy summer, and I don't want to bore you with the details, however...
Sunny did remember Donaon's description of this town from one of his earlier ventures, which made wandering about much easier. That is to say, she only entered a house once, and it was mercifully both unlocked and vacant.
Asking confused passers-by took her to the Errant Wolf, the more upstanding inn in town, where she ran into a well-dressed-but-far-more-eloquent elf who offered to buy her meal when he heard tell of Manny, Ruul, and Sorval.
"Tell them Horfil sends his regards."
Zeltor is eventually pointed in the right direction by passerby. His party awaits him at the Gilded Haft.
Sorval manages to purchase a wand and joins them at dusk.
I know it's a long time coming, but is everyone ready for battle?

Sunny, |

After organizing the meal (Sunny happy to pay up to 50 Gp for things to be prepared and delivered, as well as the plates etc to be picked up the next day) she gives Master Horfil a thankful hug before skipping off once more to join up with Manny and Ruul.
Skipping back to the 'Gilded Haft' Sunny again greats her companions with her usual jaunty wave and call of "Hey-YA there!" (^_^)
When the large banquet follows her to the establishment, Sunny is full of excitement and explanation of that which is arriving under the platters as the dishes, plates and cutlery is laid out and arraigned.
"They's chee-caan an' steak an' 'shrooms an' 'taters an'...um... greens stuff... an' shrooms an' pork an' veal an'..." She points to the various delicacies. (^_^)

The Elusive Trout |

The busy innkeep seemed too busy to make too much smalltalk, but he did arrange for food to be delivered to the Haft as Sunny described.
Once the party had reunited and evening had come, the proprietor left the Gilded Haft to the party, trusting them completely.
The food got delivered in full, and a meal for everyone was in progress in the relative darkness (only a couple of candles were left behind for illumination).
Perception and smalltalk.

Sunny, |

*Does happy, bouncy, skippy fun dance of joy* (^_^)
Hello M'lady trout! Wishin' ye an' every one all'a very bestest!
Suny too enjoys the, for her, exotic fare of this far away land of excitement and adventure. (^_^)
As the evening wears on she contents herself by using the freedom granted by the shop owner to slowly wander the store and look at simply everything.
Perception:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16

Ruul Spiritskin |
Ruul happily sups, eating mostly in silence.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21
The bull makes eyes any potentially interested ladyfolk but keeps an eye on his manager too. Some here might have lost coin because of me.

The Elusive Trout |

There are a lot of arrows and bows here, as well as gilded quivers. Some of them might be mildly magical. There's really no way of knowing.
Ruul hears a small scratching from the area of the room in which the small hole is, like something is squeezing in from outside.

Sunny, |

Sunny nods, smiling at Manny's reply/edification. "Aye! A thief an'a vandal..." (^_^)
Sunny as well begins to look behind, beneath and around the items in the shop.
Perception:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Stealth:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
"Them vandals can be rilly sneaky lil' critters... They's can give a nasty bite, too.... " Sunny is careful to keep well away from the things that Manny and Ruul have set up to catch the fleet-footed vandal, should it again appear.

Sorval |

Welcome back Trout!
Sorval; not paying any particular attention to the outside simply fiddles with her new wand... takes 10 Perception (11 and only on hearing based checks)
I can't wait for oppurtunity to try this out-

The Elusive Trout |

The little hellions simultaneously open and drop the box, yipping.
It falls sideways, and there is a gust of wind that ripples through the room, blowing the candles out.
There's a burst of maniacal laughter to accompany it, too.
"Now. now, I just needed them to get me in, you know!"

MannyGoblin |

Manny turns on his Special night vision goggles Well you are in the wrong place, time for you to leave.

Ruul Spiritskin |
Ruul spins and grabs at the air.
Grapple: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Miss Chance?: 1d100 ⇒ 38
Assuming he doesn't succeed:
"Why's that? He seems like a good honest man", he rumbles.
