Alright! It's been a couple years, but I finally have enough time in my life to get back to the world of play-by-post!

Who wants to do some Starfinder Society scenarios?! I have the first 5! I would like to get a party of up to 6 players, minimum 4, and I will GM all the way through the scenarios.

I am in Pacific Time. I can post once or twice per day, sometimes more, occasionally less (I will do my best to tell you in advance). I expect the same of my players, but I understand real life takes precedent.

So let's open this up! First 6 players are in, or if I have at least 4 by 11am Pacific tomorrow morning (Friday, Oct 27) we will get started.

Sorry, is this PFS or SFS. You said pathfinder, but the title says Starfinder.

I am so sorry! I meant Starfinder. I will get that edited. If I end up having enough time, though, I will run some Pathfinder. I haven't PFS since Season 5 though, so I need to look into what has changed.

Medrick the combat medic (scholar soldier(guard)) has been waiting for someone to allow him to graduate. I would love to join! I post often but in 2 weeks I have a wedding so that weekend might be slow but I check at least 4 times a day otherwise.

It is wear people normally recruit for SFS. I am just saying because I almost missed it, I just got lucky and noticed at the bottom of the screen.

**edit 2** I would also enjoy continuing through and playing the rest in order. I was most excited about 1-01 because I have been waiting for one to come up for about a month. I have played 1-00 already and applied to this character. Will that be an issue?

@Medrick: Thanks for the info. I saw their stuff after, so I might head over there and see if any players are on the waiting list.

I don't see an issue with doing 1-00. I will be honest, I didn't even realize there was a 00. All i have done with Starfinder is the first book of the AP, but was wanting to get back into OP. I was just going to start at 01.

For sure! I see you already signed up :) We will keep recruitment open until we get 3 more sign ups, or have 4 people signed up by 11am Pacific time tomorrow, whichever comes first.

I've got another character doing 1-02 right now, so I won't be able to join you for that one, but I'd love to do 1-01, if that would be ok. Or would you prefer to have a group stay consistent between scenarios?

Okay! I'll work on updating my character (spending money) and should be all set by the tomorrow morning.

Also, 00 is an adventure that uses level 4 pre-gen characters. It's a lot of fun if you want to run it, but what I was saying is that I already ran it and applied it to this character so I wouldn't be eligible for it. Up to you if you want to run it.

@Elinnea if you want to be in this group, which I do want to be consistent, you can play 1-02 again, but you wouldn't be able to get credit. I am okay with that, if you are! Obviously you need to watch that you don't spoil anything, but yeah.

I wouldn't mind replaying for no credit. I like the idea of going through these scenarios in order with a group, so I'll be careful not to let my player knowledge influence the character.

I was going to offer a Mystic, but I see you already have one of those on board. In that case I can bring a Technomancer instead.

It is not replayable, for credit. See the above for my solution with Elinnea. You can also make a new character if you would like.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure the Legacy races are not legal for Starfinder Society Organized Play, which this will be. As far as I know, only the races in Chapter 3 are legal, unless you have a boon.

Krash is correct. Elf is not a legal race unless you have won the boon for it (I think so far the only way to get the boon is playing/GM'ing a convention).

Well, I’d certainly prefer to not start another new character yet, and rest assured I won’t reveal any plot points for having played it before.

Ah, if that's the case i'll make the appropriate changes, my apologies on that. If there are other official rules i'll try and look them up.

For now i'll try and keep it a mechanic and just switch to one of the official races. Thank you for letting me know
