You would likely need a strength check, due to your size, but Numair could open it normally. The tunnel itself, however is too small and narrow for Numair, or any medium sized creature. They would be 'squeezed' in this tunnel.

So far as I know he is. The 'compressed' gnome is very compressed, quite likely suffocating at this point.

Numair will stabilize the bleeding gnome, then lift the trapdoor.

Numair will follow Ally down the tunnel, if she goes. He is OK with fighting in confined quarters, if it means catching the bad guy.

Imbukar will do another move north and then circle the house a few times at about 20' altitude.

This is interesting enough to Imbukar that he must check it out. He first reports in, then goes to investigate, still invisible and flying, now at 25' above the ground.

Telepathy to all those still within range, but excluding the delicate mental ears of Alliriyallin:

I believe I have picked up the Hanged man approaching from the north, carrying something quite dead. Moving to investigate.

Yes we are effectively out of combat at this point. The remaining gnome doesn't have the 'air' to fight at the moment.

Investigation:
You spot the Hanged Man soon enough. At the end of a 20' long rope, you see a small figure, entangled and unmoving. The body armor has been ripped into pieces, some of which are dangling behind the form. The man ignores you, even though it sees you. At this point, it is safe to assume that, unless there are other small creatures inhabiting the Camp, you have found the third gnome.

M Imp Familiar 6 hd

Even though Imbukar is invisible and flying the Hanged man looks right at him Shudder. Not good. :)

Imbukar reports the news to the group, moving closer to do so if needed, and then goes back to watch where the gnome is taken. He will also detect magic on both figures.

Detect Magic:
The Hanging Man does not detect as magic at all. The gnome, however, does show magic around its middle section, on the left hand side. Also, you get the impression that it does not actually see you, but rather it is looking in your general direction. The effect is the same however, as it seems to be looking right at you.

You find Digory asleep in his lean-to, some sweat on his forehead, despite the chill. He is under several blankets, which might explain the extra heat. You reach his lean-to, when Digory practically leaps up from his prone position, reaching for what used to be his sheathed dagger (but is no longer there). He bonks his head off of a branch, and curses dutifully. He sees you and says, "Dear lords, you scared the curses right out of me. Are we leaving for the Desolation, this early?"

Tunnel System:
The tunnels are small enough for the triplets to move back and forth, probably with just enough head room so they don't bang into anything. You find no (obvious) traps in this system. There are hatches that correspond to each each guest room, the back of the privy, and their personal room. There are also two exits, one to the north, about 100' north of the boarding house itself. You find another one leading south, but this goes much further than you might be willing to go at the moment. Given this information, is there any particular area(s) that you want to explore more thoroughly?

Both you and Digory see it at the same time. The Hanging Man walks steadily towards the rafter from which he hangs during the day, a...something, being dragged along behind it. It reaches the rafter, where it take a few seconds to drag its cargo to hang in its stead. It is clear that, whatever it was (and you can suspect what is dangling from the rafter), it was dead before it was hung. Pieces of clothing hang from underneath.
