I think I understand. So she 'shrank' to slip out of Ruul's grasp and tried to tumble away (and failed). So what is her current status?
If she's currently free Ruul will grapple her again. If she's grappled, Ruul will pin her.
[dice=Grapple]1d20+14
You got it right. She failed her acrobatics check (which defaulted to Dex as she has no ranks in it) and she is still within your grasp. No need for another grapple check. On top of that, she took damage from Lavinia's spell. She will try to wiggle free next round, but as your CMD is so high, I wouldn't hold your breath long to wait for her to make the roll. Not to mention that she is blind and confused this round. All in all, this is not going how the sisters had planned.
Macavity the black
You finally make it to the boarding house, hoping that you are not too late. You make it into the house (your 60' move action will put you in the front area, next to the couch where Ally was last round). You can hear the sounds of fighting to your left, where the bulk of the guest rooms were, as well as noises from the dining room/kitchen area, where you can hear the unmistakable sounds of Ruul's grunting.
Next round, you can move to either fight, it will be no more than 20' feet in either direction.
Elen Emerwen
Round 3 Init 14
Since Numair defeated Jashana, Elen will move at Init count 14 and end up in the living room. Since she hear Ally's yell about someone in the privy, she will walk up to it and open the door (I think that can be done as part of the move action?) and be ready to hit anyone inside with Slumber.

In that case she is now pinned.

Turning her attention from the gnome to Ruul, she sees that the big minotaur is still rather enraged by the slight damage done to her.
"Ruul? I assure that I will be fine, it's just a scratch." She leaves out the part where the intent of the attack was to be more fatal...

She starts in midair, thinking briefly that she'll pop back up and help her sisters, when the first of several strikes hit her, still in midair and just past the bedpost (that darn scimitar...your a paly, shouldn't you have a nice long sword like all the other paladins?!?!? :P). Jashanah wonders briefly what went wrong. By the time she lands on the bed, all thoughts have disappeared.
Honestly, it wouldn't have mattered if Kali was flanking or not (for the record she was), your hits were well above her modified AC.
Ah, see that was her mistake. "Paladins" are those high-and-mighty, heavily armored, anal-retentive idiots with horse blinders on, like the Mendevial Crusaders or the Knights of Ozem. They have no subtlety, grace, or beauty, but instead fight with a narrow-minded and unimaginative style. "I" am a dervish - the quintessential Qadiran warrior. I champion my lady Sarenrae here in the mortal world, bringing her message of compassion and redemption to those worthy of it. It is with sorrow, not anger, that I draw my blade, and it is only those who reject salvation that meet their demise.

Although I am sure the spell is not that good, I think of it as that movement sensor from the movie Aliens. Maybe different colored dots for different status. Have I lost track of the life form that was in the privy?

No, it has moved under the building. Given the small size of this building, the radius of your spell covers the whole area from your current position.

"Why were you attacking us? Do you do this to all your guests or were you hired to do this?"
Is this insensibility due to the Lesser Confusion spell, or something else? I'm not sure if it's still within the round in which Ally cast that.
If Ally thinks this is due to confusion, she will say: "Give her a few seconds, I hit her with a touch of chaos, she'll come out of it shortly."
Ally will also say the following regardless of whether she thinks the gnome is still confused or not:"Quick, check her and the blade for poison if you have that spell readied! If not, I'll let Elen know."

Round 4 Init 14
(Not sure if we're still in initiative order but just in case we are...)
Elen runs into the kitchen at Ally's yell. For such a little person, she sure has a pair of lungs...
She takes in the situation in a glance, noticing the cuts on Lavinia and the gnome, and asks Ally, "The blade?"
Ally nods and when Elen raises an eyebrow at the gnome's injury, adds, "Self-inflicted."
This appears to be sufficient for Elen to completely understand Ally's worry, and Elen immediately casts Detect Poison on Lavinia. If no poison is detected, in subsequent rounds she will cast it on the gnome, and then on the gnome's blade and other possessions, unless she is interrupted.
Alliriyallin
Ally also will be using Detect Evil to try to locate this other person, who is probably Jeblie. She will try to get close to it and shout, "Jeblie! If that's you down there, you'd better come out and surrender. We have the capacity for mercy, but it'll only be offered once!"

I'm glad you asked, my fine friend! The lifeform disappeared to the north, that's about all I can say on that front. Since the lighting in the house is pretty dim, there is not much to discern atm, other than Elen running to the kitchen, Numair watching a gnome bounce off of his bed.

Unless Azaraunt, Kalistiel, or Calendir say otherwise, I will assume that they are holding actions and we'll move into Round 4 in about an hour. What about IN Joshiah? Elen would keep in mind what happened to Digory as well. Speaking of Digory, has he awakened as well? Elen has something to give him.
There is nothing inside of Joshiah either. As for Digory, since it was not previously mentioned about his sleeping arrangements (when last we saw him, he was unloading the horses for everyone), the assumption is that he is sleeping under a lean-to near the house, and thus is not part of the battle.

Still invisible, Imbukar will move, outside if necessary, to try to pick up the creature he was tracking previously. Fly 50, Perfect, and can use Open/Close at will to get though doors and windows.
Imbukar will do another move north and then circle the house a few times at about 20' altitude.

"I will do a sweep of the perimeter Alli"
Calendir steps back into the house to fit his armor and weapons, then leaves with Lagash in toe, heading to the privy first to search the area.

You open the door to privy and see nothing that you wouldn't expect. A place to do your business, and a wall behind it. It's small (Ruul would have had a very hard time getting in here), but like everything else in the boarding house, it is functional.

I expect it will take a few more rounds to finish the already stated actions by Elen (casting detect poison on Lavinia, the blade, Joshiah, and Joshiah's posessions), so I will just post actions for Ally for a few.
While Elen sees to her poison-detecting, Ally flutters back to the guest bedrooms. She peeks into Elen's room to check on the Alchemy lab, and assuming it is in good condition, will duck into Numair's bedroom to inspect it. Since Numair has a perception score that will allow him to expertly detect a herd of elephants after they trample him, Ally will search his room carefully, notably under the bed, for secret trap doors or other entrances. Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30 Well, f*+# me running. If that won't do it, I don't know what will.

By the book, the DC to find the following is a 30. I'll explain why in a second.
You look around carefully in Numair's room, the mentioning of elephants bringing him to attention :P. Underneath his bed, you find something odd about the floor. This is confirmed as the gnome's blood drips down from the bed, onto the floor, and through a couple of planks. Sure enough, you find a well-hidden hatch door that leads down to what looks like a dug tunnel.
