I don't play Kung smart enough to suggest this in-character, but I don't see any reason we couldn't hole up here overnight to prepare the best spells for going in.

How's everyone doing? This table seems to have slowed down a bit. Completely understandable given the pandemic and the recent violent unrest in the US. Just wanted to check to see if everyone's interest-level is still there, and maybe see if we can't perk it up a bit if we confirm we're all still in this!
I'm pretty good actually, things are a bit hectic down here in New Zealand, but in a good way. We've just gone to level one and the numbers of infected aren't changing.
It does make me busy as businesses start moving again.
That's good to hear. It's a bit hectic at the moment. Everything slammed to a halt with the lockdown. When I went out for my evening walk if there weren't lights on in the houses it would have felt like a ghost town.
Now things are lurching into motion again and while people are still being careful there is what feels like crowds everywhere.

I think we need more of a plan before just jumping in. This seems like a really difficult encounter. It sounds like it's going to get an AoO on everyone (if it has Combat Reflexes).
Do we really not have any blasting we can drop on it before we go down?
Is it worth it to have Kung try a few shots from his bow?
@GM Have we taken damage from forbiddance yet, or is that just at the opening we drop through?
Druids do not get dimension door, gaseous form, or align weapon on their spell lists. I was not joking when I said that there is literally nothing that I can do.

We can't dimension door in because of the forbiddance or I'd have done that already.
I can do communal align weapon with my second Spell Kenning but that only really helps me and Kung. I don't think we have a lot of blasting or spell flexibility within the party sadly.

We're not that kind of spell casters. None of us is a blaster, the witch class doesn't get a ton of spells and not heavy on blasting, especially with the thematic ones I have.
I can try my Major Hex, it doesn't specify a size limit to the target, though I'm sure it'll make the save. I'll need to be within 30ft of it though
As I said, walking away won't hurt you at the moment. You are looking to find Harrigan and search of allies against Cheliax. So what is your next course?

Agreed, let's come back once we know more about what we're dealing with and what we need to kill it without it killing us back.
Next step I think is to go back to Quent, have a chat with Tessa about other people she might know to be enemies of Harrigan/Cheliax, then try to get them on side. We could also see if we can buy some kit that would help us take down the qlippoth +/- Captain Aiger's final (presumably undead) form.
