Coming in from the bottom you would have dealt with them one by one. Going in through the roof was a good plan and would have worked most times. Sadly having Erinyes as guards with True-seeing and Telepathy screwed that up. :)

It's not like I've made Kung's pegleg an essential thing about his character, haha. Does that also mean that any other rod could be fitted into its place in the harness?

Separate request: could we clean up the links at the top? Maybe get them all onto one line? The long list like that creates a lot of white space for the games on either side on the Campaigns tab.
Something like this would work well, if none of them can be discarded:

It's not a huge problem by any means, but I am Type A and would definitely love a cleaner look to my Campaigns tab. :)

Good because my Control Weather is an hour long ritual to cast. Great when it's prepared ahead for going into battle with it, Like I used when we were going into the sea battle but useless in a spontaneous fight.

We should sell our accumulated loot in Port Peril, but before we do that, can everyone review the loot sheet and claim anything with a "?" that would help their PC? Also point out if there's anything we should keep for general party use. I've made a few suggestions already, and I've claimed the rod of splendor per GM's suggestion.
After that, I'll sell everything and give everyone a final gold amount that we can each add to buy stuff for our PCs.

I'm happy to go with the mutineer's bane earring, it'd be nice to get promoted to commodore.
The mariner's eyepatch is probably more useful for Kung to be honest, being able to see invisibility once a day would be pretty useful for him I think.
The necklace of adaptation is cool but suffers from being the same slot as the amulet of natural armour.
If everyone is OK with it I'd like to claim the +1 flaming composite longbow (+2 Str) as my ranged weapon to replace the javelins.
Other than that I can't see anything I'd want to keep.

I can't really make use of most of the weapons or any of the armor. If everyone's okay with it, I'd take the Skyrocket crossbow (simple weapon/good to have a ranged offensive option) and the Glove of storing (that way I technically always have the crossbow on me)
Also I realize I can't use the Jellyfish cape and Cloak of the Manta Ray at the same time (shoulders slot). Niobe, do you want the cape?
concealment (20% miss chance) when entirely submerged and passive damage with a sickened poison effect on anything that touches you isn't bad.
Also the wands we should have two different people who can use them have them so we have more chance of being able to revive someone that drops.
