Sorry about the delay; I completely borked my knee and doing anything is a challenge. I'll keep up with the postings this weekend if you guys post; otherwise, we'll roll along Monday.
Tilnar, safe travels, and hope you had a great vacation! Don't worry about Ensis; I'm sure Rags and DSX will take good care of him...

GM Treppa |

Ensis was headed for the contact, on the west side of the map...
... now we see the dangers inherent in vacation.
It'd be a double move to climb/jump to the edge, then normal movement to... the next edge? So one square of normal movement through the water, which is not deep. Climbing up is no worse than movement through a crowd square. and wading/dropping down is normal movement, so it's more efficient than shoving through the crowd. Standing on the fountain gives height advantage to attack. (I see what you're thinking)
Tilnar may still be around today. :P

Ragadolf |

Dang,
So Dee didn't get to move before she got dropped?
That does stink.
Fortunately, Ben has a potion for just such an emergency. :)
UNfortunately, I think that Means Dee is down, AND still in splash dmg range of Da Bomb. :(
I shall rethink. After lunch. ;P
Oh?, I think the splash dmg is only 5? (1 Min +4 Int)
I get a +1 dmg from point blank, but I do not think it applies to the splash dmg. (I wish!) :)

Ragadolf |

Oops! yeah, my short hand for the mutagen probably confused you. Sorry.
Dex/Wis Mutagen means it bumps up Dex, at the cost of Wis.
Yeah that's the problem with Splash Dmg. :/
Great for taking OUT crowds, not so great for saving them. :P
Sigh, only thing I can brainstorm in THIS situation is drawing a dagger (As move action, +0 BAB) and THROWING it at a perp. Much better chance of hitting than if I used Melee att.
Hrm,... OK, so NO 5' step, HOWEVER, IIRC Drawing a weapon CAN be done as PART of a move action, yes?
So, since (correct me if I am wrong) firing/throwing a dagger is a Ranged attack, does that provoke AoO? Even with Point Blank & Precise shot? (PS only says no penalty for firing INTO melee)
So my best bet would be To pull to my dagger as part of a move, and throw it after moving away from the guy at J18?
Of course, it if weren't for Dee, Ben'd probably just toss the bomb anyway. He's not much on the safety of others. (Just those he likes) ;P

Ragadolf |

OK, I have a question. Rules Question(s) I suppose.
So I have Sleight of hand.
IF I made a 'successful' SoH roll, (vs the Dottari perception I guess?) could I then toss or roll a bomb without the person next to me seeing me do it? I ask because then I could, Theoretically, toss a bomb without drawing an AoO. :)
Also, If I toss a bomb at an empty square, the persons around that square still take the splash dmg. (Not as good as a direct hit, but still)
BEcause as I said, they are BEGGING to be bombed!
:D

GM Treppa |

Rags: SoH does not look useful for attacks. It is also a standard action unless you take -20 to use it as a move.
You still are not facing dottari.
There are no open squares yet. The crowd is still exiting. Each 'open' square has 1-4 people in it.
Nobody is attacking Valexia. The Guard moved away.
The trees are park trees, trimmed so people can walk beneath them. They give no cover, but also offer no hindrance beyond the crowd beneath them.
So you are moving east, away from Ensis and the contact? Can you give me a target square for your movement? Val and Bertom can move at 30' (normal speed).
Tilnar, are you around and about to take Ensis' move?

GM Treppa |

Sort of. Darned doctor said I had to get 8 hours of sleep each night. And since I get home from work between 10 and 11 and have to leave for work around 8-9 a.m., it has killed my posting time, which I essentially stole from sleep.
On the other hand, my various health readings are improving, so that's something. Maybe I'm not in imminent danger of dropping dead anymore.

GM Treppa |

There's some concern, I'll grant you.
GP: "OH MY GOD! WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! SIT RIGHT THERE AND DO NOT MOVE UNTIL A SPECIALIST CAN SEE YOU LEST YOU DIE! DIEEEEEE!."
Specialist's Office: "Yes, the doctor is taking new patients. We have intake appointments available on November 12 at 7:22 a.m. and February 3, 2017, at 1:33 p.m. Will one of those times work for you?"
Patient: -_-

LOL!
Erm, I mean,...

Really? Wow. Just,...
Yeah. :/

GM Treppa |

Happy Easter to those who are observant. I hope the rest of you aren't stuck with a couple of feet of snow like we are. Finding eggs can be tough.
I've made some changes (had to drop my classes) so hope to keep up as previously planned from here on out. My apologies (again) for the delay.
Tilnar, I took Ensis' round 4 attack against the wounded dottari since there was only one, then went ahead with his withdraw as the first action of round 5. I can change it if that's not what you intended, but it all worked out well.

Ensis Spirius Corax |

Should be fine. Ensis wouldn't really want to retreat, but would do so to protect his friends.

GM Treppa |

Per chat discussion by the majority of the group around Dee, they will wait for Ensis to join the group before proceeding (unless you have some strenuous objection, Rags?). I have Described that in the gameplay. With the crowds parting before Valexia, you will make it out of the park in 1 round without incident.
Feel free to RP conversation or describe moving out of the park, which you can do freely by proceeding east. I'll update tomorrow with park exiting info unless you decide to wade back in and take on more foes!

So, interesting thing to note that I came across while reading the Alchemist threads.
The Alchemist infusions are just spells/day, so many per level. No biggie.
Turns out that 'Rules as Written' regarding the Mutagen is that the alchemist can only prepare one at a time. (If he makes a second the first becomes inert, etc) However, there is technically no 'per day' limit on how many mutagens he can make and use. As long as he uses his first one, and then spends another hour to make another one, he can continue to make and use more mutagens.
At first I thought this might be an accidental OP bit or a mistake, but then I realized, WHEN (normally) does ANYone get an extra 'hour off' in the middle of an adventuring day to brew another Mutagen? :/
Maybe during the lunch rest? If he uses his first one in the AM? :)
