No you can't see the creature yiu just know where its voice is coming from. Its invisible. So then knowledge rolls sadly fail in light of only having a voice and an elk to go off of. Though the elk seems off somehow then You realize its standing ontop of the snow....

Now that we can see the creature, going for the Knowledge rolls:

As Aldiran studies the creature intently, she almos absent mindedly goes into a litany to bolster his companions's strength.

Okay so here how this rolls people we have two full time bards in the group normally songs don't stack with each other but on the other hand in nearly everything else you can aid another. So here's my thought in my incredibly limited wisdom. One bard should be able to help the other as long as they both have access to a effect and both spend a round of performance. I will rule the other may add half their bonus minimum one to a song they both preform.

Seeing the others are taking care of whatever was behind the elk's odd behaviour Bayira focuses on the beast instead. Unwilling to permamently harm a creature that was put up to it's actions by an evil fey she chose to simply try to wear it out instead of killing it.

Full: Attacking the Elk using unarmed strike choosing to deal non-lethal damage. Flurrying.

by concealment do you mean 20% miss? also does moving help with that?

Yes and not really you would have to get back within a few feet of it so a double move but then you couldn't shoot. Thats why it darted for the trees to hide in the branches for cover.
