With a buyer located for the loot and Phil and Braddon reunited with their girlfriends, have we finished business for the night? If so, we can summarize the wrap-up and move on to the next morning.
Tendal, your trait automatically gives you an extra 10% when selling items, so you don't have to make any additional rolls to bargain.

Mrs. is well. Unimproved, but that's not unexpected. Hopes remain high.
Back on the topic of the game, Snake had a reveal he'll need to share, I expect?
And Gris and Tendal, as suggested by the GM, perhaps discuss magics after the evening's business, or perhaps over coffee before study?
Will give the matter more thought later in the day.

Sorry, yesterday was flying back from Chicago, then sleeping until not too long ago.
Will try to catch up.

Sargavan Red is, indeed, a pretentious coffee. There is assuredly red wine available behind the bar, though probably not of the highest quality, as Bojasc has had a run at the liquor.
In Riddleport, wine snobbery keeps company with coffee snobbery (and pancake snobbery, in the person of Natinilinus Greatreave).

* Didn't Tendal succeed Linguistics with the 20? Might we Aid/Guidance to 25, if not?
In cases where the skill restricts who can achieve certain results, such as trying to open a lock using Disable Device, you can't aid another to grant a bonus to a task that your character couldn't achieve alone.
Linguistics is Trained Only, so Snake is the only one who can attempt an Aid Another.

Places in Riddleport Lil is known to frequent:
1) The House of the Silken Veil. However, by all reports, she has gone missing from there and Shorafa is actively trying to locate her.
2) The flat over the cobbler and milliner's shop in Leeward. You guys found it empty and have handed her contact there, Nathanael Weatherby, over to the Gendarmes.
3) The Publican House, where some of you met her on your first day in Riddleport, where Arnando Rolf has offered her sanctuary, of sorts.
In re security, you know that Boss Croat monopolizes the business in Riddleport, renting out crews of his half-orcs to protect properties and events. The Gold Gobin itself has used Croat's boys on its operating nights.

Dangit! Okay, apologies to you Tendal. My sentence was written poorly. You know, I had a gut feeling that something just wasn't right about it. My bad.
What my meaning was suppose to be was for Gristav to talk to the gnome, Raccoon to work on getting Croat's men for hire and THEN after all that's done, we ALL would go to the boneyard. Because I'm not so sure a couple of arcane guys would survive if we were to run into trouble in the Boneyard.
And whoever wants to travel with Gristav or Raccoon can choose to do so. I don't mean they have to go by themselves I just mean they'll be the ones to do the talking.
Hope that clears things up. Gosh that just irritates me to no end. Just flat sloppy on that one. Sheesh.

Okay, Gristav is looking to meet up with Natinilinus Greatreave. Who is going to Boss Croat's Compound? Is anyone staying behind or doing anything else?
And I nearly forgot about this. Snake could roll out with Phil. He's dealt with the gnome and his dog before and it's not really his cup of tea. Or pancakes.
Unless Phil thinks he works better alone on this. If so, Snake can hold down the fort until everyone returns. It's all good to me either way.
Joana
Okay, Phillip and Snake are going to check on Bojasc. Gristav (and Braddon?) are going to the Three-Billed Duck in search of Natinilinus. Tendal has the cash; is he going to Boss Croat's Compound alone or waiting for Phillip and Snake to rouse Bojasc and take them with him?
I believe the plan is for the whole party to head to the Boneyard together once preparaions are done. You've been warned that it is a dangerous area.
Joana
Could you refresh my memory? - Bojasc's room is just a room, with no alternate entry?
I have finally taken the time to re-upload the maps from Photobucket to Imgur and correct the links on the Campaigns Tab accordingly. Bojasc's room is #7 here; as far as you know, the only entrance/egress is the door hidden behind the tapestry, marked with 's'.
Gristav
Bo might be in trouble in there, if he was drinking hard.
Almost a duty to check on him. If only we had a mess of keys of some lockpicks or something.
Oh well.
Tendal Deverin
Oh. my god.
Well, I am alive.
That might have been the hardest week of work that I have had. And I realize that this pause is only because I am switching from days to nights, so I came home tonight and I don't have to go back to work until 8pm Sunday.
Medical ICU is busy. Very very busy. In some ways the EC is easier because the patients are not all trying to die on you.
Anyways, sorry about the slow posting.
Tendal Deverin
I may like the night shift more.
I don't have a ton of extra management decisions to make on the night shift, since I am not taking on new patients...just making sure people don't die during the night.
This might be my best week of posting this month.
Gristav
Sorry. Been in Stamford as driver and nurse to the Mrs. The post just now was composed over more than a day, in fits and starts on four devices, courtesy of google docs. Driving home tomorrow, maybe more normal then.
Braddon Hurst
So very sorry. Away on holidays. Life has been busy busy busy.
So, my job is being upgraded and advertised. So I've spent the week before going on holidays applying for it. If I don't get it, I'll get shifted elsewhere, but I'd like to get it, so busy. Then I went on holidays to New Zealand for PaizoCon Oz. Seriously.
Apologies for not warning everyone.
Posting will continue to be erratic until Nov 1 while my lovely and I visit our cousins across the ditch. (We do not have actual cousins here... :-)
Joana
Do they keep switching you back and forth, Zeta? My grandfather worked in the oil fields, and my mom says they used to switch him back and forth from day to night shifts so he could never really get attuned to one way or the other.
Glad to know you're still around, Dave. Enjoy your vacation, and I hope your job situation works out to your satisfaction.
And, Gristav, best wishes to your wife.
Gristav
Joana, thank you. We're past the scary stuff, we think. I'll have to ask her how much I'm welcome to share. (And hope it's more than I've shared to date)
Will post for Gris tomorrow.
ZetaGilgamesh
@Joana: I think that the Internal Medicine resident who made the schedule should have consulted a pack of drunk monkeys on the schedule before publishing...it might have made more sense. :)
they are switching me back and forth. I had one week of nights. The first, third and fourth month alternate between long call, short call, and work days. The call days are all days that I pick up new patients coming to the ICU. I only get 4 days off this month...and one of them was wasted coming off of the night shift.
Next month is back to my crazy EM schedule...I will have tons more time than this!

Apologies for the non-compos postis over the last wee while - been going through the motions of hopefully finally getting a job and the various thought cogitations and whatnot that ensue. Should hopefully ease out over the next bit though.
Nothing's set in stone yet, but there's chalkmarks down...

I have to apologize once again for the delay. My mother has been in the hospital this week. She's okay, but I've been spending a lot of time going back and forth to the hospital and to her house to feed the cat, get the mail, etc. Tomorrow she is being transferred to a rehab facility to get her up and on her feet again, which is fortunately closer to my home than the hospital is. I'll get this game moving again this weekend.
Tendal Deverin
So, as for payment. Does anyone have a good list of our gold post sale of goods. I seem to have lost track of everything in the last 2 months. We have a list of the loot that we gathered, and I remember Gris and I talking about sale and bonuses from my feats, however I can't track down the actual listing.
I want to pay the locksmith and move along, I am not certain how much money is remaining.
Also Tendal needs to do shopping with Gris still, I believe. We went to the casino to get the contact and sell the goods, and now this is the following day, and Tendal has golds now, but hasn't really had an opportunity to spend them.
Not that there really is much time if we are going to chase down Lil.

Searched for 'Elixir'
Cashouts as proposed:
Braddon 162 +35 = 197GP
Snake 102 +35 = 137GP
Tendal 852+200+85 = 1137GP
Phillip 6+35 = 41GP
Gristav 252+35 = 287GP
Gristav will prestidigitate a kerchief bindle that fills swiftly with the correct count of coins, and pass it to the locksmith with a punctuating shake-chink.
