Several thick, rocky natural pillars rise up in this high sea cave. The water lling the lower portion of the enormous cavern sloshes and surges with the tide, and a ve-foot-wide rocky beach lines the northeastern face of the pool. The cave ceiling soars to a height of eighty feet. To the south, several wooden platforms attached to the rock pillars are further supported by wooden pilings—the structure looks somewhat treacherous. The sound of rushing, falling water comes from the northern end of the chamber, where a thin cascade of water plummets from a narrow crack in the ceiling into the pool below. There's also a number of Drow in here (8). There's also a big lizard which appears to be the pet of one of them, and something large is swimming around in the water.

One of them spots Jean move the curtain a bit and warns the rest as Jean steps through and tries a spell, which fizzles against the dark elf's natural resistance.
Six of the drow have tiny little crossbows, usable in a single hand ready (otherwise they appear to haev rapiers at their sides). They all fire at Jean.

You seem to not grasp the map at all. You just went further into a wall. The dark brown is a pier. The medium brown/tan is wall. The light tan is floor/beach. You cannot move from where you landed unless you want to swim.
