James wrinkles his nose. "Ugh. No thanks. Corpses start to stink after a while."
Brittany has a tinge of sadness tugging on her lips.
"I thought ya'll be the first to know, but MeMaw had written me as her sole beneficiary in her will. I'm going to miss her terribly, but I think I can afford to keep going to school. Don't suppose you folks know a college round these parts that'll take a country girl like me?"
