"Ха-ха-ха очень смешно. Я буду называть своих товарищей вперед, чтобы мы могли войти." says Damorisovitch. "Спасибо, товарищи. Вы усердие будет вознаграждено Завоевателем."
Ha ha ha very funny. I will call my comrades forward, so that we may go in.
Thank you, comrades. You dilegence will be rewarded by The Conquerer.
He then beckons the Starfinders to come forward with their tickets, and enter.

Slathalin will proceed forward and enter the club. Snickering to himself about the comments made regarding Damorisovitch's clothing choice.

The main dance floor of Kozmos extends almost eighty feet from north to south. Two raised bars, tended by clearly augmented verthani, nest within raised platforms in the northwest and northeast corners, while two large vesk guard a door in the middle of the northern wall. Two androids with red collars tend a central bar, which serves as the main drinking station. Throngs of verthani and a handful of other species fill the dance floor, and the 10-foot ceilings barely rise two feet above most of their heads. A large stage covers the southern section of the room, flanked by ramps leading up from the east and west sides. Each ramp leads to a door, with the southern one guarded by an intimidating vesk who stands under a sign marked “Dressing Room.” A double door marked “Fire Exit” lies in the middle of the eastern wall, and the club entrance is the sole door along the western side.

"So, how do we want to handle this? Pull the fire alarm, wait for the stampede, and then try to thuggery our way into this guy's office?"
It is clear Saffron is not excited by her suggestion.

![]() |

Curious looks around, obviously not pleased with androids in collars.
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
Curious walks up and orders a drink, keeping an eye out for any potentially open computer terminals that they might pass as the group navigates the area. Curious also keeps an eye on the androids, trying to determine their level of... comfort. How obvious is it that they are slaves?

![]() |

grumble, grumble... "clubs..."
Slathalin will approach the central bar with Curious. Recognizing the need to stay close in a location this.... "people-y."

![]() |

Damorisovitch moves up to talk to one of the collared androids. "Tovaritch Android, are you ready to t'row away zis symbol of your captivity, and become a free person? Express your freedom and embrace The Grim Commander, and join the struggle zat is life?!" He looks at the collar, trying to determine how hard it would be to break it off of the android.

GM Woran |

Curious and Slathalin get fast service at the bar. There is a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and the bartender is eager to mix something up to your specifications, making quite the show tossing the mixing cups.
Curious slinks a few glances at the androids. They seem to be mostly busy with their work, serving drinks, with little time for something else.
When Damorisovitch approaches the drink station with the androids, they both look at him with neutral faces.
"Ah, good sir Vesk. I would love to serve you a Revolution cocktail, but at our drink station, we only serve drinks as is. For something mixed, you should approach one of the two bars in the corners. The bartenders over there can mix you pretty much anything you would like."

![]() |

Marble pokes her head around Damorisovitch, "Do you have a shift leader we can speak to? I love how you're running this party and would love to talk to who manages this all. You are willing to take off yhe collars though, right? They wouldn't really fit our revolutionary event's vibe."

![]() |

"Iz true." says Damorisovitch, nodding. "One must follow the chain of command. Damorisovitch know this from bottom of heart. If collars are uniforms, then you must wear them, Tovaritchi."
The vesk looks a little confused at this point... torn between order and revolution.

![]() |

The vesk seems to make up his mind. "Da, Tovarich." he says to the waiter. "Please have manager come to speak with Damorisovitch. This vill be most enlightening."

![]() |

"Yes Alnia! I am Marble, myself and my partner here are interested in hiring a party staff for an upcoming private event. I quite like your operation but those collars just wouldn't do. I guess my first question is if you do events, but my real interest is if you can take this lovely Android's collar off so I can get an idea of they'll look in the attire I have in mine. Of course, we should probably go into the back. This isn't fitting for the party floor!" Marble tries to keep the jig rolling, 'Come on Damorisovitch, pick up what I'm putting down..'
Diplomacy: 1d20 ⇒ 7
If I could pull off my Prof Sommolier in anyway I would like to, using it to appear snooty and cultured as so to avoid this all being a farse.
Prof for giggles: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9

![]() |

"Order IS everything, Manager Alnia." agrees Damorisovitch. His jaw then drops as Marble starts his bluff... Not really a diplomacy is it?
"No, this is not fitting for the Party." says Damorisovitch, his intonation somehow emphasizing the capital "P". "The collars are the symbol of oppression... something our Party just won't stand."
diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

GM Woran |

the initial push is def a bluff.
Alnia gives a tight smile. "While we do cater to private parties, you dont... Look... Like you are the 'type' we usually cater to."
She looks disprovingly at your outfits.
She seems to perk up a bit at Damorisovitch's words. "But if you want, I can give you contact information for some contracters we have worked with in the past. They would suit your needs for your party better, I would think."

GM Woran |

Ok guys, check in time. I know this quest is a bit of a sandbox, but is everyone still here? This is a quest where you can split up the party if you want to, so while Damo and Marble persue one thing, the rest could do something else. Are you all still having fun? If now, its a quest series, we could call it here.

![]() |

Yeah, having run this I don't want to make any decisions for the group. But this part of the quest kind of makes some... assumptions about how the issue will be approached. I often had to hand-hold this section a bit.
I, for one, am fine with GM rail-roading the story to the next "actionable" chunk.
Everyone else fine with that?

![]() |

I like the idea of continuing
Curious enjoys their drink at the bar. They stand and walk around with their next, taking in the area and exploring a bit. Curious looks over and sees the group talking with what looks like management.
"I hope that is enough of a distraction..."
Curious finds a computer terminal, sneaking if necessary. If they find one, hacks in and looks for a map of the area, trying to find the offices.
Stealth, if necessary: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Computers: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
"Eh, If I get caught, I'll probably be brought to the offices anyway."
In lieu of finding a map, will continue to explore. Looking for another terminal to hack, or until caught.

After a deep breath and heavy sigh, Saffron works up the courage to approach the DJ booth. Putting on her best smile for the DJ....
"Hey, I'm Saffron. What's it like spinning here? I'm a DJ myself and was thinking of returning home here to Verces and was wondering if this club was worth looking into. I'ver heard something about the owner, though. You know anything about him?"

![]() |

"Manager Alnia," replies Damorisovitch. "Damorisovitch would like to thank you for your help. Ve vill take your recommendations to heart."
He pauses for a moment, a toothy grin coming across his face. "You haff been very helpful. Damorisovitch vould like to thank your boss for your helpfulness. Thank you."

GM Woran |

The DJ flashes Saffron a smile that would not be out of place in a toothpaste advertisement.
"Hey, cool to see a fellow music enthusiast. Dont know much if you are looking to get a gig here. I'm just the warm up piece for the band that's on in about an hour. But I gotta say, the gig pays real well. So that is a big plus."
----------------------------------
Alnia smiles back at Damorisovitch. "Thank you. The boss isnt in at the moment, but I can send you a customer satisfaction survey?"
----------------------------------
Curious doesnt get far. It looks like the public terminals dont connect to the inner net of the club. I wise safety precaution. He did find the clubs info page. Looks like they are looking to hire more security personel.

sense motive : 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
The Vesk eyes the manager woman as she replies

![]() |

Looking around at all of this, Slathalin finishes their drin and makes a decision.
"C'mon whoever(else) is nearby, I believ it was: Curious. I want to get an autograph from the band."
Assuming at least one party member is following, Slathalin will walk right past the vesk guard and through the door marked "Dressing Room."
He will not stop to talk to the guard. Just walk passed him without eye contact, if able.

![]() |

"Where is YOUR pass?! I'm the band's private security! Out of my way!"
Bluff: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
If that doesn't work. I want to punch him.
Damage: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Saffron notices the commotion from the DJ booth, I totally should have pulled the damn fire alarm...
"Hey! Can you drop the lights and pump up the beat for me?"
Saffron, feeling the beat, sashays her way towards Slathalin and Curious. Stopping once she gets to within 30' of the dressing room door, Saffron casts psychokinetic hand and attempts to open the door behind the guard.

GM Woran |

Slathalin nods to the guard. And looks over his shoulder at the party members nearby Curious and Saffron.
"C'mon nerds. The band needs you to finish those upgrades on their equipment before sound-check."
Slathalin then walks past the guard with Curious and Saffron in tow.
Once out of earshot of the guard, Slathalin will whisper into his comm unit to the rest of the group, "hey, we're getting nowhere on that dance floor. Me, Curious, and Saffron talked our way through the dressing room door. You either wanna wait for our signal if we need an assist, or maybe check out one of the other areas off the dance floor? Just let us know, and stay in touch."

GM Woran |

Ive updated the map and placed you three in the room.
The backstage room is pretty much in chaos. A sound check is being done on a small stage. Clothing racks are everywhere and everyone is in a frantic state of preparation. You get a few glances, but you get the feeling everyone is too busy to pay you much attention.
There is a door in the east wall.

GM Woran |

![]() |

"Damorisovitch feels for you, then, Manager Alnia" says the vesk. "It is very hardt to deal with absentee managers. You owner makes you slave her, with collars of bondage around your necks, and then does not stay around to do his job.
"Damorisovitch is sure this owner or manager uses you, Manager Alnia, and these poor bound androids, for his or her financial gain. Zis iz not how it is supposed to be.
"Power to the people, my people say. Nothing is to be gained without the struggle. Submission is weakness, and the weak shall inherit nothingk!!"
The vesk priest has clearly worked himself up into a fervor, and his voice has been getting louder as his preaching gains momentum.

![]() |

Curious looks around, keeping an eye open for any terminals. They continue on, heading for the door to the east.

![]() |

Marble starts to feel nervous and uncomfortable with the attention Damorisovitch is drawing. "Heh heh, hey are you trying to cause a scene?" she asks him while watching the room for if any trouble is brewing.
Perception: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2
"Where did the others go?"

![]() |

Damorisovitch looks to the Ikeshti before moving of with a dramatic "There iz no need."
In a vesk whisper he says, "Marble Caprice, Damorisovitch vas makingk distraction for team. Tovaritch Slathalin said that mission is proceeding according to plans."
The big vesk looks proud of himself.

![]() |

Curious takes advantage of the commotion and continues down the hallway, opening the door to the right, provided no one makes a move to stop them.
Assuming Slathalin and Saffron are following
