roll for the head shot the the skeleton gets a small plus to its ac to represent the head shot being a harder target to hit yes the skeleton is insane

I believe from Aramil's last action he would be at K4, supporting David who is hauling up our friends. Aramil would also give the climbers a hand up when they get to the corner squares to him. If any checks are needed for this please just tell me.

Having had to let his blade go to pull the girl and Vajra up (from the pit), he stuffs the rope back into his backpack, then reaches his hand out to the side where in mid-air another blade forms seemingly from nothing, making itself ready for use.

I'm curious, what is that extra damage coming from to make it 1d4+3? There's nothing I know of that lets a wand do extra damage quite like that.

I believe said warforged provokes an attack of opportunity from me. Unless wands don't provoke, I don't have many players that use them, so am uncertain.

it does make them rather handy, though it's often hard to use them effectively in an offensive manner.

Cornelius, the Warforged is out of your reach for this round. You can move up closer to him to attack him next round, or perhaps use your spear as a ranged attack (though I don't suggest it).
