I must admit, Bo has turned into much more of a death machine than i ever thought he would... For a triple class character all his abilities mix really well together..
Swap 1 feat around and give him a pepperbox it would be a pfs legal build as well..

If the fog is able to offer you concealment it prevents sneak attacks (you are not wearing the goggles that penetrate fog). You also get to roll for a 20% miss chance (5' of fog).
I do not believe being concealed has any effect on the concealed creature's ability to target others; if the TARGET is obscured, there is a miss chance and no sneak attack. (thus the foe has a miss chance on Tirion, but I see no rule citing the reverse.) I believe rogues and snipers routinely attack FROM concealment -- be it hiding in bushes or peering out of fog -- without any issues...
