Also , some of you might have noticed that with Foxglove , the spotlight is on Malcolm . I wanted to reassure you that won't certainly be the case with all my NPCs . I try to give them different personnalities and quirks . Also a word to the wise , an NPC is not the DM . Even if he is truthful , he might not know something or even be mistaken.
It is an evidence some players forget too often . I've had people angry with me before because they did think that I lied to them as a DM so I wanted to make things clear now : Sometimes an NPC won't give you information because simply he does not have the information .

I'm not sure what "Danaris getting gored" has to do with your decision to go to the basement with a young lady. Unless that's some sort of euphemism.

That's funny because I'm pretty sure my shirt came completely off about .0001 seconds after she said "I'm your reward."

robin has said he won't be able to post again until Sunday the 3rd. I'm about to start a working weekend myself, and after noon today I won't be back until after 8pm on Sunday.

But we finally got Hogzilla! The xp from a Dire Boar gotta be up there, right?

Tell me when I'm no longer an invalid and I'll pipe up again. As of right now, I am getting a long tour of our rewards to come. (Trust me, they are nothing like Kast's reward).

The difference between the above two statements is that Danaris was unconscious at the time, and Gar is just starting out in the battle. C'mon Gar, you've been our best hitter to date. Have some confidence in yourself.

Me, I'm confident that I will consistently roll under 15 on every d20 until I reach 10th level, at which point my BAB will overcome the low rolling.

I know...its just disappointing at the cinematic moment that you find someone eating someone you know, you hope to dish out justice. But a hesitation due to disgust I guess is fitting as well. Also disappointed to find Albergast already dead...died on my watch.

Edit: Yes, in 20/20 hindsight, the rest of us on off-shift should either be at the jail or the Cathedral. Too bad we didn't work that out ahead of time.

Not sure if Robin wants to hand wave the fact that Gar sent Zees to the Cathedral to warn us and get the victims to safety? We probably should have worked out were everyone would be while on off-shift hours.

I'm not even sure why I'm even rushing. Gar is going to have this goblin killed, skinned, and stuffed and hanging over the fireplace in a few rounds.

That's all right: Dorin now has a "retirement hobby" when he gets up to 12th to 15th level as a Sorcerer. Every week, he will go "goblin sniping" in a 100-mile radius around Sandpoint on the continent...

I have always thought that first level events are the ones which most determines how a character will live when he is high level :)

Bad news for the game . I'm on holidays for two weeks. I will be able to post a long post thursday and then none till next sunday normally .

No problems, robin, at least we're not in the middle of a battle or a dungeon. I think we've listed what we're doing in-character for the next week.

I'll be out of town from Thursday to Saturday or so. I think that robin will still absent so it should not matter, but if it does, Danaris agrees with everyone and heals anyone who needs it.

Well, I'm about to work the weekend again this Friday-Sunday. More details to come, but I've not yet been successful getting non-filtered Internet at my work location.

I'm holding my action and waiting to see a resolution to Zees' Grease spell before I act again.

I'm just not sure things are right and I hope robin can set them straight.

I progressed based upon Zees explanation. He simply moved the grease at it is now portrayed over five feet so that I am not in it. If Robin chooses to keep it where it is, we can retro that again, but you should probably proceed based on that. Robin (Goblins) are up after you anyways.
