Having all been there at least six months we would all know each other, the town's not that big. We may not be buddy buddy with everyone though. Anyone have any suggestions?

I may be missing something, but I thought monks had to be lawful.

Having been there the longest, and a follower of Erastil (Family/Community), Karmid would have been the Temple's "Welcoming Wagon" in most cases as more people started showing up with their special Birthmarks. Unless your characters are put off by big tough guys with a loud laugh and a soft heart (and a welcoming tankard of Mead), then Karmid would be central to knowing Sandpoint and showing around all the "newcomers."

If you mean "Healing-Buffing" as support I think between 2 Druids, an Inquistor and a White Wizard that can cast healing spells, we should be OK. There are always Use Magic Device and various wands if we need them.

Not having a lock-picking specialist and trap-finder...could be a problem.
I'm strong enough to force or break open most normal doors, and I can stumble into traps with the best of them, but picking locks is not up my alley. We can always pool our resources later and try and buy a 'Chime of Opening' I guess.

Being that it is a festival, I am assuming Karmid would not have brought any heavy weapons.
His hide shirt and dagger is probably all that he has on him right now as far as combat equipment goes.

Sorry guys, I just feel Karmid would not have any reason to be overly armed in the middle of town,
especially since he grew up in Sandpoint and considers it safe normally.

I wanted to warn you guys that tomorrow (Saturday the 23rd) is my son's 2nd birthday.

I will also warn everyone that I'm in the Washington, DC area and we are getting pounded by snow in the next few days, so it is possible (hopefully not!) that we might lose power. If that's the case, I probably won't be checking in until Monday or so.

Personal NOTE: My son's birthday was a success! Many presents were opened. Cake was...only so-so. Also, I hope you guys in the Northeast are staying as warm as possible. Be careful.

Game NOTE: Are we waiting on something specific to continue posting? I realize I'm the noob here, but I feel like I'm missing something somewhere...and it could be my fault?

I know the GM is probably incommunicado this weekend, and you guys in the Great Blizzard of 2016 are going to be intermittent at best probably, but I think we haven't officially finished the 1st combat round yet. Right?
