After Tkhrull and the Devils exchange a savage beating Anglon steps up to Hargran. At his touch some of the blue fades from Hargran's face. The servants grab Hargran, and with a nod to Anglon he vanishes - taking four of the servants with him.
Arioch never pauses in his oration but steps towards Thkrull and attacks a devil.
While the blow lands, it fails to penetrate the devil's hide.
Taerine joins the line, enhancing Thkrull's armour.

Ostensibly addressing the bound man Kressle keeps smiling cruelly at the crowd of around him. Putting on a mockery of a judicial face she orates.
”Kesten Garess you have been found guilty of raising arms against the Stag Lord. You are hereby sentenced to be hanged by the neck until dead.”
”Do you have any last words?”
The bound man, gagged and furious, mumbles incoherently. Kressle’s grin rekindles as she switches into a more theatrical mode.

Simon casts a cold version of Snapdragon fireworks via his admixture ability with the Rime Metamagic spell. Standard action
He then sends a burst of zig zagging cold that lands in AB21.(move action) That warrior needs to make a reflex save (DC 15)or be Dazzled for one round and negate half of the 1d4 ⇒ 4 cold damage.
Additionally if he takes any cold damage it will cling to him and he will be entangled for one round. No additional save.
Dazzled
The creature is unable to see well because of overstimulation of the eyes. A dazzled creature takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls and sight-based Perception checks.
Entangled
The character is ensnared. Being entangled impedes movement, but does not entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force. An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity. Cast Stinking Cloud in the yard, blocking their vision and making it a lot harder for them to give chase. DC 18 Fort save for anyone who comes in contact with the cloud.

Summon doesn't give telepathic comms. That said it seems a reasonable thing for an intelligent creature like a blink dog to do. It only speaks Sylvan, so unless Caillus also speaks sylvan then I think it is going to have to pick a spot.
Remember that it doesn't need to make a concentration check to cast defensively as the spell is quickened.

Grey does speak Sylvan. I picked his languages based off his knowledges. Sylvan corresponds to knowledge nature. Sorry I wasn't clear on all that.

Caillus Mordent |

Caillus takes the axe blows with a tight grimace. His wounds are serious, but his focus does not waver. As one of the archers draws back his bow and attempts to step clear, the oracle lashes out with his bardiche.

I wish to teleport to a place where I can threaten another archer, so that if I cast spells he also doesn't threaten me.

We'll have to discuss the mask - I'm okay with it but normally something like that takes a standard action to redirect the spell. If you can redirect it as a free action it gets too powerful, I think - that approaches telepathy. Happy to run with it for now.
Burning the gallows is fine, but you should be aware it is a makeshift gallows; rope strung over the doorframe. It does mean if he comes back he will fall, rather than being hanged though. Might want to get the giant ball of fire out of the way though!
