Mr. Whiskers frowns when he sees that Einar's arrow doesn't do as much damage to Izoze as it should have. He is even more unhappy seeing her start to heal.
With a sigh, he jumps off the deck and runs back over to the others.
I can't believe I'm doing this! This is so stupid! We would have been much better off if we had regrouped!

His armor gets even colder, it gets so cold that he feels his blood begin to freeze.

Right then. Removing the armor will take too long, if the damage keeps up like that. I say we warm him up with alchemist's fire, and wait-out the spell duration.
Trying something new, Crummock steps back, draws a flask of alchemist's fire, and tosses it at Einar.

'What has this taint gotten me into?' ducking a little as Crummock catches him on fire, Einar calls to Mister Whiskers, "Bring it over here, ya. It cannot be vorse zan being on fire!" Drawing another arrow Einar fires at the little blue flier.

Mr. Whiskers yelps "Careful with that!" as the alchemist's fire is dumped on Einar.
He reaches into his belt pouch and gets out a vial which he hands to Einar.
Seeing Izoze above, he waits.
Move action, get out Cat's Grace potion for Einar. Standard, ready.

Izoze glides lazily downwards and breaths out a cone of ice shards both on Einar and Cadence. That's when the flame thrower catches her.

Mr. Whiskers quickly moves so that he can get both Einar and Izozi in his blast as he casts Burning Hands again.

Einar's breastplate, with a combination of being set on fire and cooled at the same time, is actually quite comfortable now.

Correct, the crossbow bolt would not penetrate DR 5/Magic if that is what she has.
You had said that you would allow smite to overcome DR. Eagle's hit does damage.
Mr. Whiskers looks at Einar in amazement.
"You are half frozen and want to continue? No, we can't. I think we will need to go back to Heldren before crossing that bridge. Didn't we hear there were more than one of those things?" he explains, pointing in the direction that Izone fled.
Then he walks back into the Lodge.
