Catorze, I actually can't find anything that says what knowledge skill would identify this thing. However, whichever it's supposed to be, you know what you need to.
Catorze sees that the bat-like creature is an elven werebat in his hybrid form. From how he is standing, you can guess that he is probably more likely to use physical attacks than magic. You also know the bites of were-creatures can be very dangerous, sometimes turning the victim into another were-creature.

As Soddy crumples to the ground, a faint greenish glow can be seen slowly flowing from her still form. It's not quite blood and it's not quite chlorophyll either, but something in-between.
Oh...do I have to go back so soon? But I wanted to help my fleshy friends...

You MONSTER!! Soddy is my FRIEND!! We'll just see about THAT!! Sara "rolls up her sleeves" in preparation to do something.
If I'm not online when it gets to me, I'll first attempt to stabilize Soddy. If that's already happened, then I mage hand throw a seedpod. If that's ok with Soddy, of course.

Surprised at the extent of her wounds, she focuses on the psychic energy stored within her ancient angel statuette and draws it out and into her wounds. Casting cure light wounds on myself.

Then she grips her trebutje in her hand and snarls. "I've survived worse than you!"

"Soddy, no!" Seeing her green friend go down, Caena rushes forward. This provokes an AoO from Mr. Green, if it can take another. To get there I have to charge, so -2 AC until next turn.
She swings the weapon down on the nearest of the headless creatures, while trying to gauge Soddy's condition out of the corner of her eye. "Are you dying? Do you need my help?!" (I know she was just stabilized, but Caena is trying to decide if she should drop her weapon to heal Soddy.)

“Thank you, Sara, for saving our flowery friend! Now to clear the field of the fertilizer!” Then she does what cats do best, leaping right into the middle of the fray.
Catorze tumbles through Red’s square, using her acrobatics to try to protect herself from Yellow’s attack of opportunity, while still hoping to provoke from Red. I provoke if my total is less than his CMD+5. Then again, I may be in a world of hurt from both if they have really good CMD for some reason. Oh, well. Swashbucklers are reckless, right?

Lovissa growls. Wounded again! Deciding she'd rather go down swinging, she opens her psychic third eye, getting a glimpse into her future. Using her sudden insight ability as a swift action to gain a +1 on her upcoming attack roll. She swings her strange new weapon at the green headless corpse.

Bad things are happening right and left in this cave. She nods to Sara and Catorze and rushes off to help Lovissa, who is struggling to bring down the headless creature that keeps slamming into her.

The spirit named Soddy realizes that something has changed. While her grip on the vessel she currently inhabited still seemed weak and tenuous she no longer feels like she's floating away like a leaf in a slow-moving stream.

Maybe it was. She thinks that maybe she can even sense them close by; sparks of light in the darkness. But then one of them suddenly winks out, reduced to an ember - still warm, still glowing, but for how much longer?

Speaking to Bat creature, she calls out, “So... what exactly is your plan here with these abominations? You are defling your own people, and for what? Why do you wish to take living, breathing creatures of grace and beauty, and turn them into shambling, mindless meatbags? Do you not see that your plan is as doomed as you surely will be?”
When the headless creature inevitably slams into her again, Catorze concentrates once again on defense. “That’s it, you idiot. Come here so that I may pierce you again!”

Aglynn, sorry I missed the DR. How do your kinetic blasts interact with the enemy's DR? (special materials, not damage type)
Unfortunately, I have to be much higher level to bypass materials DR.

As Soddy the spirit hovers in the dark, she feels a tingling warmth spreading through her.

She feels a sudden tugging sensation, as though she's being pulled down, down, down-

Vision returns, bringing with it a view of a cavernous stone ceiling above and an elven face peering down at her, eyes full of fear.
"Oh! Fola? What-"
The sounds of battle draw her attention and then Soddy realizes that the battle from earlier is still ongoing; she must've gotten knocked down by the bat-elf or one of its drones. The vine leshy scrambles to her feet and sees several of her friends engaging the bat-elf and Caena struggling against the only headless vessel she can see that's still standing. And then she spots Lovissa lying motionless on the ground.
No! Did her vessel break?
Quickly toddling over to get a better vantage point, Soddy takes aim and throws another seed pod!

Caena's breath catches in her throat as Lovissa drops right in front of her eyes. "No!!" In fury she turns to the headless whatever-it-is that is standing between Caena and her dying companion. "You, get out of my way!" She lunges with her terbutje with the full intention of destroying this creature of evil. Caena invokes her smite evil on Green.

+1 more damage if it's evil outsider or undead. I assume it's not an evil dragon in disguise.

As the last of the headless bodies falls to the floor, Catorze realizes that Lovissa has Caena’s protection. But there is a still living ekujae woman bound to the altar, very much in harm’s way.

Dropping her rapier, she pulls the yellowheart spear out even as she leaps up, up, up onto the altar. She flips in the air, nailing the landing on the bloody altar, one foot on each side of the Ekujae woman.

Lovissa groans. Her eyes open sluggishly. Aglynn's above her. She looks worried.

Lovissa jolts upright and rises to her feet. Hearing the battle rage around her, she narrows her eyes and squints into the darkness.
"Fear not, Aglynn. I won't let you down again."
Lovissa focuses her thoughts on her remaining wounds, imagining them close. Picturing her body heal...
Healing: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 Bringing her up to 12/15 hp.
Clutching her trebutje in hand she takes a step closer to the fight.
Move action to stand, standard to cast cure light wounds on herself, free five foot step forward.
