He then picks up two of the mundane daggers from the rats nests and walks out of the room. Waiting in the hallway he asks "Are we ready to go?"

"Elathras!" Virgil runs over and (in an unusually friendly gesture for the mercenary) throws an arm around his shoulder. "We were worried, you idiot! Are you ok?"

shrugging his shoulders after not finding anything in the room to the left he goes to the door on the right and tells virgil "don't want to leave anything behind us, right?" he inspects the door on the right and if unlocked and untrapped he opens it.

This room contains what appears to be an operating table of some kind,
although the wood is rotten and the table looks like it would collapse at
the slightest touch. There is a stone counter built into one of the walls that
has several now-rusted surgical instruments set out upon it.

The walls of this room are covered with murals depicting a glowing,
white robed figure in various different scenes. In each scene, the figure
seems to be healing powerful mythological creatures, and even one or two
figures that can be recognized as well-known deities.
These details will likely be only a first impression, however, for the
room also contains deadly threats. In the northeastern part of the room,
there is a puddle of vile putrescence that bubbles and seethes, giving
off a horrible smell.

not finding anything in the room that interests him Elathras shrugs his shoulders as he passes Virgil and continues up the hallway, as it bends around to the right he finds another door "Look Virgil, another door." he inspects the door for locks and traps and if unlocked and untrapped he opens it.
