I'm not too sure about that actually. Pyre's the most physically able among all of us and should be able to hold up fine on his own. It would probably be better for someome else to follow him because victor deals decent damage with bombs, the splash from the bombs would probably interfere with his melee combat. I think thoyoitu should follow him instead, being the face of the party, and somewhat weaker if I remember correctly. We can still proceed as per normal is everyone is cool with thoyoitu's plan though.


I'll post a more complete list of what you find when I get home, as well as answer to Thoyoitu's perception.

Pyre, a survival check would be more useful for gathering resources or food at this point, and potentially be able to build up a decent supply.

Well, Cats are a good source of protein, right? I hate to be the one to suggest it, but it's that, or someone else. Luckily, I don't think I have lots of meat on me, so I probably won't be eaten by the group first. And Pyre probably tastes like lizard or something. I put up Rosalyn for consumption first. She isn't a bird, a lizard, or a rat, but she has wings, and there ain't no thang like chicken aasimar wang.

It is a large cat... they are one of the more powerful offensive creatures. it is also worth noting that large size creatures ignore non magical DR from armor.

you may not be able to beat everything that you run into.

Well this is inconvenient. GM, control Ros and have her fight for us and have her die so we can eat her flesh and oh my god my prophecy that we'd have to eat Rosalyn has come true all hail Thoyoitu the Prophet! But for reals we can eat her or use her as bait or a peace offering or something.

I may tweak things after Pyre Victor and Desula go, as far as Ros's actions go.

You'll at least want her as a healer for a little while before making chicken-wings, Tho =P Channeling is really quite excellent with wounds as you burn your dice to heal one wound a pop, and she's got 4 of em. way more efficient than curespells.

Oh my god Pyre is right. If we kill all the crabs, we get our fish back AND get free crab! Can anyone on this bloody island cook, or what? I hope so!

Also it occurs to me, I hadn't originally planned on being the leader of our new nation, but it seems everyone already trusts me as the one true leader (the Ruler position or whatever from the rules), so I guess I'm the leader. Okay, whatever, that works too. Is everyone fine with this? I assume that within an in-game week or two we'll have something resembling a camp, though we actually lack the funding to start a nation so yeah nevermind I guess we won't be forming a nation anytime soon :(

Pyre, Pick a new feat instead of power attack. With the way DR works, I'm going to be giving all monsters with at least 1 BAB power attack, so i figure it'll be a feature for everybody.

Same with Weapon-Finesse, so Thoyoitu, when you use light/finesse weapons, use Dex rather than Str for the attacks. No Dex to damage unless you take the mythic version of the feat or slashing grace or whatever, but you can have it for attack rolls. weee

Thoyoitu, Your vigor is Just you Hit dice, no con mod. Con only affects how many wounds you have.

If you don't want to roll, you can take Half HD+1 so a d6 is 4 vigor every level, d8 is 5, d10 is 6, and d12 is 7 additional vigor.

As far as more players, I'm checking up on that and will post to a thread in another day or two

No, but you do gain all new Vitality points, so Thoyoitu rolled a 7, so he still has all his damage, but just gained 7 more VItality for 11/15 vitality since there is no penalty for his negative con mod.
