The FOs are on top of the White Tower, the central keep. The lookouts are posted on Beauchamps Tower (#14), the Constables Tower (#20), and Broad Arrow Tower (#21), about 70 ft distance from the center of White Tower to any of the outer towers.

The Kraken is docked along the south side of the White Tower, about 30 ft below the rooftop. A gangplank covered with an armored canopy, like a small covered bridge, connects the top deck of the U-boat near a steel door with an arched entrance in the White Tower opening into the top floor.

With a mighty beat of his wings, the roar-cawing eidolon shoots into the air after the closest of the marksmen. The empathic link to Levinson plus the wounds recently accrued have lead the beast to charge the Nazi with unbridled hatred and blantant disregard for his personal safety.

Derrik gets to the corner tower housing the spiral stair, and about a quarter-turn down the steps, just far enough to see down into the chamber below....and to be seen by four Nazi submariners standing at the bottom of the stairs, aiming submachine guns at the top of the stairs with readied actions to fire on intruders! A hail of automatic gunfire greets Derrik as he appears at the top of the stairs!

Grimm lobs a bomb at the machine gunners and readies his rifle for the next round with his rifle and drow-poisoned bullets.
Grimm's bomb smashes on and ignites one of the submachine gunners at the bottom of the stairs, and splashes an adjacent gunner with flaming liquid.... He shrieks as he's burnt for 14 fire damage!
Reflex save against DC 18 splash damage 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10 fails.... The adjacent gunner screams as he's burnt for 8 fire damage!

Yingzen moves into the shadows making his way towards the nearest group of snipers

The snipers are on top of towers in the wall surrounding the inner yard, numbered 14, 20, and 21 on the Tower of London map (see link at top of this page), which stand about 70 ft away from the rooftop of the White Tower, number 1 on the map, where The FOs are.... The yard is flooded to a depth of about 30 ft, so in order to reach any of the towers the snipers are on, Yingzen would have to dive into the flooded yard below, swim the 70 ft or so to one of the towers, and then scale the tower wall to reach the rooftop.
Another option would be to try sneaking up on the submachine gunners in the chamber below, who are firing at Derrik on the top of the spiral stairs connecting the roof with the levels below.... Yingzen, if he is confident in his climbing skill, could climb down to a window leading into the chamber where the gunners are, and strike from behind while the gunners are focused on Derrik at the top of the stairs....

He can move another 30 ft across the unoccupied chamber, bringing him to the arched doorway to the adjacent chamber, where four submachine gunners are laying down a blistering field of gunfire at the top of the stairs....

Vash takes deadly aim at one of the snipers as he makes his way over to the u-boat
