As each PC could, on his/her turn, grab the .50 cal as a move action, squeeze off a burst as a standard action (1 shot), and let go for the next guy as a free action, I'll allow you to share the .50 cal, two per gun max, so Prue and Lakra on one, Rad and Kinyama on the other.
Still need 10 shots each from Kinyama and Lakra.

Kinyama Urai |

1d20+5 for 1d10
1d20+5 for 1d10
1d20+5 for 1d10
1d20+5 for 1d10
Only Kinyama's final burst finds its target, just as the monster is swimming up to the beach, dealing 5 more damage (25 total so far).

Koran charges the one standing cannibal (assuming he is within 120ft) and swings with his hammer. [dice=attack]1d20+6[dice=damage]3d6+8
Koran cannot charge, as he must run up 10 feet of stairs, but he could move up 15 ft and attack, which he does, knocking the cannibal's jaw severely out of joint and dropping him.

Lakra DM substitute |

Lakra, sharing the foremost .50 cal with Prue, squeezes off burst after burst at the pursuing horror....
1d20 - 8 ⇒ (8) - 8 = 0 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 5
1d20 - 8 ⇒ (9) - 8 = 1 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 8
1d20 - 6 ⇒ (6) - 6 = 0 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 3

1d20 - 4 ⇒ (1) - 4 = -3 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 10

1d20 - 2 ⇒ (5) - 2 = 3 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 9
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (1) - 2 = -1 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 4
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 10
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (16) - 2 = 14 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 9
.... But lack of proficiency, wind, water, and the monster's own tough shell prevent him from doing it any harm!

The Lido Beach Horror |

Bleeding from several bullet-holes in its mottled carapace, the Lido Beach Horror is in a hissing, squealing frenzy of pain and fury! It closes the final distance with the pontoon, and tries to halt it from sliding into the shallow water by the shore....
Claw 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (19) + 14 = 33, grab 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (19) + 19 = 38
.... It snatches the pontoon by an aft ladder, crimping the metal like it was crumpling cardboard, and the pontoon is dragged to a lurching halt about 10 ft from shore, in shallow water.
The sudden stop threatens to toss the passengers roughly prone or out of the pontoon; Acrobatics checks to maintain balance vs. DC 15 please, from Kinyama, Prue, Lakra, Radsworth, and Cpt Kermit....

Captain Kermit |

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 Acrobatics check to jump back onto the pontoon....
Kermit leaps back onto the pontoon near the foremost .50 cal and grabs the gun, turning it point blank on the monster clutching the aft of the vessel....
1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 8
The burst of bullets blasts through its carapace, eliciting another alien screech of agony and frustration!
Take that, ya overgrown seafood special!!

Dr. Hugo Grimm |

How many of you are there? Are there any non-cannibal survivors nearby? Where is the nearest police station? Where can we get the most supplies from, food alcohol, weapons, munitions, medical supplies?
Are all among the questions that Grimm has for the scared captive.

(After Kate removes the gag from his mouth so he can answer):
Um, let's see, you killed 14 of us, 15 if you killed Joe in the lobby.... That leaves 65 men, and 20 women, some of 'em just girls, really.... Some of the girls won't eat people-meat, they're gettin' real skinny, can't miss 'em....
There's a police station up at the circle, about a mile or two up the road.... But I wouldn't go near it, there's.... there's monsters living there.... Little alien-like critters with long, rubbery arms 'n legs, like to strangle their victims....
The stores up on the circle have the best stuff, still, but.... There are monsters crawling all over the place.... It ain't safe!

Club-wielding cannibal |

Now just so we're clear here, if you are lying to us I will slowly crush both of your legs and then work up your torso until I get to your rib cage at which point all of your vital organs will be crushed.
The cannibal goes even paler, and sweat beads on his face. He groans from the pain of his internal injuries.
I swear! I ain't lying! Just.... please, make it quick, sir! *Sob*

Bluff check 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (19) - 1 = 18

Club-wielding cannibal |

N-no! No! She's lying, I swear there.... There ain't nothing else! Please, just kill me quick! P-please!
The shaking and sobbing cannibal looks up at the balconies overlooking the tennis court and pool on the upper floors of the hotel building, as if expecting some dreaded doom to strike from above....

Club-wielding cannibal |

Come clean with us or we feed you to the monsters at the police station
F#~~! It hurts.... Okay, okay.... There's also.... The Thing Under the Balcony! I.... God only knows what the f!#+ing thing is.... It's like a.... black-skinned, red-eyed demon from the waist up.... but from the waist down, it's like a giant spider from one of them s$@!ty sci-fi channel movies!! And it eats one of us every night if we don't bring it a sacrifice!! It.... It sucks the blood and juices out.... Leaves a dried-up husk that looks like one of them mummies at the museum!

Michael Johnson 66 |

Kinyama, feel free to resolve your turn for this round whenever, I think it will actually run quicker than waiting to post in initiative. We'll apply Prue's and Derrik's actions retroactively once they get a chance to post.
Kinyama stands in knee-high water, 5 ft from shore and about 20 ft. from the Lido Beach Horror. He has a clear shot....

Michael Johnson 66 |

Kinyama takes a shot at the beast. one grit for focused shot (charisma to damage), one grit for up close and deadly (1d6 precision damage and half damage on a miss).
[dice=attack]1d20+5[dice=damage]1d8+1d6+8
(against touch)
Kinyama's shot finds its mark in the mass of tentacles writhing around its gaping maw, and a spray of ichor confirms it!

Derrik Stonesmith |

Derrik puts his feet to work running 80ft towards the creature and the people about to be attacked.
" I have come for you creature and you shall rue the day you were ever manifested into Existence!"

Dr. Hugo Grimm |

If you come with us and cooperate, you will never have to risk being fed to the monsters. If not? Then that is surely your fate, I will see to it personally.
Grimm explains harshly putting the gag back.

Club-wielding cannibal |

Grimm explains harshly putting the gag back.
The incapacitated cannibal shakes his head and struggles weakly, seeing that you intend to take him captive.... His eyes roll back and he falls limp, unconscious from pain and internal bleeding.

Kate Peace |

Heal check on dying cannibal 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Kate sets the man's broken fibula and splints it with palm bark from a nearby palm and twine. He is stabilized by her mystical healing attention.
He won't be able to walk without crutches for a couple months, assuming he lives that long, but otherwise he's okay, now.

Michael Johnson 66 |

Derrik puts his feet to work running 80ft towards the creature and the people about to be attacked.
" I have come for you creature and you shall rue the day you were ever manifested into Existence!"
Derrik's feet pound the sandy beach, his breathing deepens as he sprints, his heartbeat thuds dully in his ears inside his visored helmet, and a surreal and ghastly scene unfolds up the beach before him.
A flock of seagulls emits a chorus of shrill squeals and scatters from the beach, taking flight as he barrels through them, crossbow cradled in his arms.

Prue Silversmith DM substitute |

Acrobatics check to keep balance 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (9) - 2 = 7
As the pontoon lurches to a sudden stop, Prue is hurled to the deck for 1d6 ⇒ 3 falling damage!
OOF!! Damn it!
Now lying prone on the deck of the pontoon, only 15 ft from the hideous Lido Beach Horror, she levels her rifle, sighting the abomination down the barrel, and with a silent prayer, squeezes off a shot.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 dmg 1d8 ⇒ 2
The bullet grazes the monster, but draws blood nonetheless--it issues a bubbling hiss of pain.
Prue grabs the passenger seat near the fore of the pontoon and pulls herself up to her feet on the tilted deck.

Radsworth |

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Rad manages to keep his feet underneath him as the creature crumples the pontoon like a soda can. Slipping over the edge of the boat, he draws Traveler from it's holster and fires a round at the horrific thing.
Passed DC, move action to climb off the boat and keep a little distance between himself and the abomination. Standard action to fire. Within 30 feet so activate point blank shot.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

[dice=Attack]1d20 +4
[dice=Damage]roll 1d8+1
Traveler barks an angry report at the horror, but the bullet is carried off course by a rogue gust of wind.

The Lido Beach Horror |

Having taken 52 pts of damage, the Lido Beach Horror shudders and chitters out a nauseating whine, ichor spraying in green jets from its wounds.
How!? How did they wound me so from afar? I must take sustenance and retreat to the soothing deeps....
The monster scrabbles after Prue onto the deck of the ship, its lobster-like claws snapping like thunderclaps! 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (9) + 14 = 23 grab if hits 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (15) + 19 = 34 dmg if hits 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (5, 4) + 7 = 16
The Lido Beach horror seizes Prue in its monstrous pincer and crushes the fight out of her! Her lungs are too compressed to even scream, and she falls limp in its clutches.

Captain Kermit |

Say "Ah!", you son-of-a-b~+!~! screams Kermit as he shoves the barrel of the .50 caliber in the monster's horrible face and squeezes the trigger....
1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28 dmg 1d10 ⇒ 10
The bullets rip into its flesh and it shrieks a terrible shriek of agony, a mist of green clouding the air around its frothing, tentacle-ringed maw!
