Daisy positions herself next to Levinson in the second rank, an arm's reach behind Koran "Demon-Hammer"....
Mikey Jay sees that Derrik, Kepler, Koran and Vash have formed the front rank, and Levinson and Eagle-Feather have fallen in behind the center, so he takes position to the right of Eagle-Feather, behind Vash....
I'm assuming a marching order like so for wide-open spaces like streets, parking garages, etc.:

Yingzen moves ahead of the group and melts into the shadows of the parking garage....
About 60 ft into the ground level of the parking garage, as the rest of The FOs are just entering the garage, Yingzen detects a snuffling and thumping from between a pair of abandoned cars.... He sees a serpentine tentacle covered with blinking eyes snake up from behind the trunk of the nearer car (a Pontiac Grand Prix)! A second tentacle covered with eyes rises up from behind the further car (a Dodge Stratus)! More snuffling and stomping comes from behind a third vehicle (a Ford pick-up truck)....
Three grotesque, barrel-shaped monsters waddle into view on stumpy, elephantine legs, spiky tentacles flailing from their sides, and eye-covered tentacles swaying like cobras from the tops of their trunks. Gaping, drooling, toothy maws open in their torsos! They seem to have picked up the scent of prey....
The three otyughs are about 30 ft from Yingzen, two to the right, and a third to the left about 15 ft from the other two.... The rest of The FOs are about 90 ft from any of the three....

These are obviously different otyughs than the one from Kilwin's Chocolates, which Koran smashed into a pulp with two blows.... I was just too lazy to make new aliases....

The FOs are about to pass through an adjacent parking garage that will bring them to the north side of the tower.... After they deal with the three otyughs, of course....

Mikey Jay takes his greatsword in his left hand and draws his revolver with his right as he trots forward 60 ft....
Ah, looks like they smell you, Yingzen.... You must have a birdy scent, whatever that smells like....

Eagle-Feather hurries to stay in formation, double-moving toward the otyughs....
On initiative 21:
Levinson taps into the arcane energies around her and diverts them through her allies hastening their thought and movement. And then moves at a hasted 60ft trying to keep up with the group.

Kepler charges one of the freakish aberrations with powered claw at the ready:

Edit: Enhanced by Levinson's haste spell, Mikey dashes up 70 ft, revolver raised and ready to roar....
Derrik Decides to full-on run and Jumping upon the Ford Pick up with a thunderous Clank presenting himself to the creature; Excalibur and Dawnbringer drawn and suddenly glowing as the Sword grows a familiar size from before.
Kailin begins a rousing chorus of song as the fierce ones charge forth.

On initiative 3 in round 1:
Kepler charges one of the otyughs flanking Yingzen (the one with a wound dealt by the tengu's blade) and adds a wound of his own! The otyugh roars in pain!
On initiative 10 in round 2:
From 20 ft away, Mikey Jay fires into melee at the unwounded otyugh flanking Yingzen, careful not to hit the Tengu by mistake....

She touches her "medicine bag" (phylactery of positive channeling) and wills herself to be a conduit for the healing magic of the Ancestors....

The lone standing otyugh seems to realize that hunter has become prey as it sees its fellows mowed down by a knight in shining armor with dual weapons of doom, a blade-wielding ninja-bird, and the Hammer of Thor hurled by a furious demon-man!
Feeling its own bullet wounds (compliments of MJ), it attempts to flee, withdrawing from Yingzen and thumping eastward on elephantine legs, toward downtown Sarasota....
That's right, fat boy! Run! Run on those tubby legs! Heheh.... I'll bet 5 bullets and a joint that Koran can stop him in his tracks with Mjolnir in one hit....

From the level above them, the cloaker glides out into the sunlight, dips, and swoops down to ground level, where The FOs are assembled....
Double-move flight, bringing the cloaker to about 60 ft east of The FOs....
Levinson casts enlarge person on Kepler causing him to double in size.
After the Cloaker enters his field of vision, Kepler glares intently at the new foe. With a beat of his wings, the beast takes off into the air on a direct path for the glider.
