Morvius draws his mace and searches the body of the clerk. He mainly finds a small key that goes to the cashbox in the desk. Otherwise, he had a short sword and dagger.

Kath opens the north door...
File cabinets line the eastern wall of this room, while doors lead
north, south, and west. A single oil lamp is set in the wall.
Both the north and west doors are already open. Kath hears a noise of something dropping to the west and some shuffling to the north.

August enters the north filing room and will see through the west door.
(Western Door) Boxes of old files and papers are stacked in one corner of this small room, opposite a half-dozen brooms and other cleaning supplies.
Looking north appears to be the warehouse proper.
(Northern Door) The interior of this large building appears unfinished, with a wooden frame that could have housed two separate floors but
is instead open to the roof like a barn. Shelving lines
most of the walls, and crates and boxes are stacked in many
places on the main floor.

I will take actions from anyone at this point as there are no combatants visible, although if you are chasing, I will stay in rounds.

Kath points to the western door and August enters the storage room as described but does not see anyone there.
dwarf: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20 however the dwarf easily spots the hidden trap door in the floor...such crude human attempts at stonework.

August will open the trap door. Look! Maybe they went this way! August will take advantage of his darkvision and see if anything is down there. He'll wait for An or someone to show up before trying to go down.

August followed by Kath and Morvius head west and down the trap door.
Holman, Nguyen An and Bo'alo I will assume follow behind, at least coming into the records room?.

As Holman enters the records room, looking out the north door into the warehouse, he sees a man 15' up on a catwalk above the warehouse floor. The man looks similarly dressed to the men from the manor earlier.

August sees Kath and Morvius behind him and climbs down the rope ladder.
Stuffed training dummies line the south wall, crude faces drawn
on their heads. Along the east wall are pegs mounted at eye level,
some of which have a change of clothing hung on them and
nicknames scrawled on the wall above. Three doors lead east,
west, and north. A rope ladder hangs from the ceiling by the west
door and goes up through a five-foot-wide shaft to the floor above.

Right. If Holman sounds an alarm after seeing said man, I'm sure August would go after him instead of climbing down.

Ok, so Holman points out the thug up on the catwalk in the warehouse and August holds off on climbing down after the fleeing man. Let me know next actions. Keep in mind we are pushing up on time for the game day so try to check and post at least daily if not twice if possible.

So much for catching the guy Kath sighs as he returns to the warehouse. Carrying his rapier in one hand and getting ready to throw a dagger aa the guy on the catwalk his other hand.

Holman enters the warehouse proper and searches for a ladder.
Full-round action: Double move (40') past An/Auguest, away from the man on the catwalk.

August and Nguyen An move into the warehouse.They spot another two of the thugs up on the catwalk. Those two dump a large drum of liquid down on the fighters below.
reflex: 2d20 ⇒ (17, 3) = 20 August manages to dodge the slime but some of it hits Nguyen An, who is entangled in tiny blue globs.
Fort save vs poison and entangled unless spend round scraping off the crawling blue globs
The original thug pulls out a short bow and moves to a spot to shoot. There is a ladder at the far eastern end of the room.

Oh, I misunderstood the map. I thought I could climb the boxes to get up there (which is why I rolled). Can I take an extra twenty feet of movement toward the ladder? If I wasn't able to see the ladder yet that's a different story.
August will double move this round in any case.

It took August 20' of movement thus round just to get back to the warehouse. But yes, once you enter, you see the ladder and can mice 20' to it. The dumping of goo was a readied action for the people entering under the catwalk

Morvius hears movement below the trapdoor as he decides whether to follow the warriors.
Boalo moves in and shoots at one of the thugs on the catwalk. His initial aim was off, but taking his time, he pulls the trigger and drops his man.
Kath throws a dagger and hits another of the men with a dagger.
Holman sneaks into the room.

As Morvius reaches the ladder, a lightly clad humanoid (looks similar to a couple you have encountered before) steps out from blending into the wall and stabs at the Oracle.

Kath throws a second dagger, and drops the second man on the catwalk.
Holman moves up to help Morvius, however, the skulk sticks him with his dagger, before the oracle can step back and cast a protective spell.

The skulk sees Morvius join the fray and attacks him with a dagger

Remind me, do I see the skulk in the room to the south of me yet? If so I'll shift 5' south and attack him.

Immediately afterwards, a woman steps from around a crate...this woman has a crazed look in her eyes and strange, large claw-like hands. She looks at the trio by the skulk and the ladder.
"What in the blazes are you doing breaking in...hey I know you...you circus freak supporters. My Husband was supposed to take care of you. What have you done with him? " her face goes flush with fury and she hurls a vial towards the group.
