From what I gathered, I'm guessing the Parrots are a group of mercenaries. If you want to actually tell us whats going on, you'll probably get further. I don't even know what kind of characters you're looking for. But I'm at least interested. PM me if you're not going to say much more here.

So, I've added some more details to the campaign. I also added a small character creation guide. I'll provide an example of how to use the character creation guide.
