Canvy shakes the small sacks, without really looking at them, if he hears anything fall out he'll turn and see what's there otherwise, he throws the sacks into his backpack, and replies to Edrukk "T'aint nothin' more than something to hold our booty. Hee hee hee!"

Perception 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 to detect anything in the sacks.

Canvy turns and looks over to goat and smiles. He is in a good mood. "Come on then goat, lead on. C'mon now boys pick up your stuff and lets be movin' on. There don't look much else here, let's see what else we can find...oh let's go find the children I mean!"

Canvy will carry anything you ask him too for the party, just add it to the party log.

Broccan slices into one Hobgoblin drawing a scream as the hobgoblin drops his longsword the other hobgoblin attacks with his longsword....

The other two take out bows and attempt to fire into the melee

Once the hobgoblins are beyond help (coup d'grace if necessary), Edrukk will channel energy at least once - I'll wait to see how everyone's doing after the first one before I decide on another.

The door to this room is completely open being left open by the hobgoblins that had poured out of here. Inside this 40 X 40 room contains four rows of iron wrought bunk beds, two empty iron cages hang from the ceiling, and a medium sized burlap sack tied with ropes wriggles around on the floor.

"Setting fire to the bag. If there's something alive in there, it'll be smoked out. It may be a summoned creature, or it may be some sort of valuable magic item. It's probably the latter, but I'm not taking any chances. Hopefully, it won't be damaged. A broken magic item is worthless.
