Correct! The enemy is 5 feet away; she can pinpoint his square and attempt to hit him. :-) 50% miss chance. If you roll a d100, let's say that 51 to 100 means that she can hit.

He spits upon the ground, comes to a decision, and begins concentrating. He thinks back to his days in the halls of House Shamir. The red walls, the color of blood. The way the retainers, the family members, the ranking genies, the ambassadors from the other genie courts all formed a funnel in the audience hall, leading to... his father. I think we need to fully investigate this room and see what's going on here, but then I should point out that we are in trouble. We have a blind party member and two drained down the toilet on strength. We need some help!

Silver Crusade

What was that thing:
Harrow has absolutely no idea that this thing was a Luker in Light. Remember when I posted that it was very bright in here? Well, when he hears the combat next door, he casts daylight. In areas of bright light, lurkers are invisible. As with greater invisibility, they may attack and still remain invisible. The humans don't know what's up, they're under the lurker's thrall.

Adjustments:
The human thralls were supposed to defend the lurker and keep the party away from him. I opted not to do that because I messed up the previous combat. (Sorry!) There were supposed to be only two shadows, not three. So I adjusted the "lurker in light" encounter in here and I am adding that:

You find two potions of lesser restoration!

Commentary:
GMs are supposed to run scenarios and modules as written when it's for PFS credit. Unfortunately, I did not notice my error with the shadows until AFTER that combat was over. I wanted to make the on-the-fly adjustment (detailed above) to make up for the extra difficulty of that encounter. Truly sorry for the error, everyone. :-(

I'll be more careful going forward.
