I usually explain this once combat ensues for the first time, but below's an explanation of how I handle encounters with initiative.

Once combat ensues, I'll roll initiative. We'll end up with an order which may look like this:

Round 1:
Ragnorak
Elliot
Extremely evil guy #1
Bunk
Rowanna
Holman
Extremely evil guy #2

Those in bold will be up, and actions will resolve in the order they're posted (unless you state some kind of delay in your post). Then I'll summarize your actions, post the actions for 'Extremely evil guy #1,' and end my post with this:

Bunk
Rowanna
Holman
Extremely evil guy #2

Everyone in bold will be up, etc. Rinse, repeat.

I play a bard in this one adventure path, and his inspire courage bonuses are constantly forgotten. Not sure if it's the same with tabletop games, but I also see it happen quite frequently in other PbP games.

Maybe it'll be forgotten less often now I've added it atop the initiative order! :)

No, Wednesday is not weekend. Gen Con starts tomorrow and in some of my games people already left. But I don't know if this is the case for Holman...

I have a level 7 character that could join, but I'd rather not play a level 7 in either subtier 5-6 or subtier 8-9. She'll be too strong for the lower subtier, and too squishy for the higher... :S
