The man looks up with a start as Oloch calls out to him. However, that look of surprise quickly turns into one of hatred as the man shouts through gritted teeth "No, I'm so close! You'll not take this from me. Vaydren, attack!"
Initiative!

Dargo barely has time to reach for the arrow in his shoulder before he is hit twice more in the hip and stomach. Gritting his teeth, he sends a wave of negative energy at you, hitting the entire party.
Negative energy damage: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 2, 2) = 9
DC 16 will save for half damage

The ghost, bending to Dargo's will, seems to disappear into thin air only to reappear right next to Oloch. With a silent scream, it slashes at the half-orc with it's bare hand.
Attack vs. Oloch (touch attack): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
Damage: 6d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 5, 1, 2, 3) = 19
DC 17 fort save for half damage
It's incorporeal hand passes through Oloch body, leaving no physical wound. However, The creature's touch cause Oloch to feel as though his very life is being drained from his body, as though years are being stripped off his lifespan in a matter of seconds.

Oloch manages to steel himself as the wave of negative energy rolls over him, but when the ghost sinks its spectral hand through his chest Oloch almost drops. "BY THE GODS!!! YE FOUL BEASTS WILL FALL HERE THIS DAY!!!!" he bellows.

Dropping his bow with the one hand, he picks up his greatsword from where it rested against the hull for just this situation. Oloch brings it sweeping across in front of him at the ghost, his cries to Gorumn causing his sword to answer in a billowing sheath of flames.

+2 greatsword: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18
Damage: 2d6 + 11 ⇒ (3, 5) + 11 = 19
Flaming: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Edit: I missed the fact that Celie cast Fortune on me, so I am using it to reroll my Fort save

Though Oloch's sword and Vordrek's staff tear deeply at the ghosts form, the creature seems not to care. Jager's bullets shoot right through the creature's head, causing it to notice him for the first time. It takes a step toward the teifling and reaches out with it's arm.
Touch attack vs. Jager: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
However, Jager sees the attack coming and is able to dodge out of the way.

Combat Over!
Inspecting the chest near Dargo, you find that it's locked. However, Oloch is able to pull the door right off it's hinges (by taking 20) to reveal The Sniper. After securing the relic, you return topside and make your way back to the Pathfinder Lodge, where a very pleased Venture Captain Hestram greets you.
"Good work, team. We'll get this back to the Erastil church and have a group head out to the cave to collect Airk's remains. For now, though, you've earned some R&R. Go unwind and get yourselves cleaned up."

Since we're going to be throwing these titles around quite a bit, I thought that I'd give you guys a quick reference guide on Hellknight ranking.
Lictor: The general of a Hellknight order.
Vicarius: A spell-casting leader of a Hellknight order (rarely used).
Master/Mistress of Blades: A colonel of a Hellknight order, equal in rank to a paravicar.
Paravicar: A leader of a Hellknight order's signifiers, equal in rank to a master of blades.
Paralictor: A high-ranking Hellknight officer, similiar in rank to a major.
Maralictor: A mid-level Hellknight officer, similar in rank to a lieutenant. Maralictors with titular concerns or duties- such as arms-maralictor, field-maralictor, or gate-maralictor- are of lesser rank.
Signifer: A Hellknight spellcaster.
Hellknight: A rank-and-file soldier in a Hellknight order.
Armiger: A Hellknight in training of a Hellknight squire.

ah what the hell. depending on the tier I am in. I just need a bit of time.. every character that I have free right now needs to be leveled up. I have a halfling rogue/2, elven wizard/2, or an elven hunter/2. Awen will still be in his game for a while.. he will be lvl 4 and will have to be leveled when he finishes. Of course, I can always play another pregen.. I liked being a tank for once.. it felt great to be able to just swat something, and Awen is going to have some really cool crap to buy when I finally get him up to par!

Just a heads up..My wife's grandmother is being placed on hospice this coming week and is not expected to last for very long. There will probably be some very severe lapses on my part as we travel and take care of things, but I will at least try to post once a day.
