"Yes... but..." she shrugs, glad she was not the only one overcome by the supernatural fear.
"Very odd trees. And we still don't know why the cloaker attacked. Did one of you say you thought it was trying to communicate earlier?"

She looks at the two exits, flips and coin and chooses... East.
"Lets try this way, unless anyone can think of a better choice.."
She stops and looks at the ground to see if there are any tracks.

The party heads east and through some twisting tunnels you find another cavern. The temperature rises toward the back of the cave. A tangle of vines spins and twists out of the rocky ground to cradle an enormous seedling. Both the seedling and the vines glow with a vibrant green light.

"Well, Nisa... with the cloaker dead... does this make any sense to you?" asks Belinda as she looks around the room.
What sort of tree is the Seedling? Like the others we have seen?

"Is this another Robori do you think? If their current tree dies, could this be the replacement?"

"Yes... they seem to have... plant like growths."
She shrugs
"I was wondering if that was the influence of Robiri? But surly the tree has been around for a long time, and if that was the case, then the adults would have them too. "
She pauses "Do you think whatever is attacking the tree is also doing that to the children?"

"Do you think we could take it with us?"
If so, she tries to pick it up, being careful not to touch it with her own skin.

When Belinda removes the seedling, the vines cradling it violently coalesce into a creature. This new plant monstrosity then gathers the vegetation from the nearby wall to form a spawn, a humanoid shaped creature comprised entirely of vines into being. They are not happy with Belinda's actions.

Thracius listens to the discussions thoughtfully, nothing more to add than he had already deduced and so keeps quiet. Fascinated by the Seed he is about to move towards Belinda and help as the vine man forms from the walls. With a shock, he brings his thorns together and launches their resulting spear at the creature.

It seems the seedling has summoned a Yellow Musk Mother. It can create spawn as you just saw. It can use its tendrils to bore into the brain of helpless creatures to feed on them. It can also spray pollen that can make the target entranced and helpless. It otherwise has normal plant traits.
Thracius hits with his thorny spear again though the plant doesn't bleed. The plant creature next to Belinda steps back and fires pollen at halfling.
