Kikil nods. "We'll have eight minutes to get up there." he says. "And I can cast-cast Silence when we get close, for a minute and a half-half if we think we might be heard."

GM Zoomba |

If you're going with the sphere, arrange yourselves around Kikil on the map accordingly. Also confirm if you are going to silent yourselves.

As long as they do not notice our approach I'm pretty sure we should be able to take out the 4 Dueregar in 1 round. Just let us resolve the turn as follows. The 3 melee brutes (Farg, Baloo, Thomas) will full attack them first. Then whoever is still standing is peppered with spells and Arrows.

![]() |

Tomas nods to Fendel and the little thing, trying to work out just how long it would take to make it up the ataira at the slow rate. Just before they set off, the Warpriest calls upon The lucky drunk for his favour before stepping to the front with Baloo and Farg.
"Whenever you are ready little one" he speaks in hia usual low tone.
Can't move myself right now as on my phone, please put Tomas in the front rank, I am happy to be anywhere in it. Also, how long does the negative level last?

GM Zoomba |

That is correct. Tomas, if you do not have or find a way to remove the negative level on your own, tomorrow you will receive a Fort save to attempt to 'shrug it off'. If that fails, the neg level becomes permanent and must be addressed by a spell like restoration

Kikil casts his cloaking spell, and the six of you carefully begin climbing up the steep stairs. While the ascent is slow, as the four duergar come into view them seem oblivious to your passage.
I've move you all up on the map to where you are 10 feet down from the end of the ledge for now. You all can see the room clearly, but no one seems to have noticed you.

![]() |

Just noticed a problem with my plan. Invisibility sphere requires us all to be within 10 feet of each other. So we all have to get up on the ledge. And we could only attack blue red and yellow in melee. I've placed our tokens how I see this working out...note this is hypothetical as we still need to roll stealth checks.

GM Zoomba |

Just to keep things moving (as coordinating a plan can be complicated enough IRL, much less via intermittent posting), if I don't hear anything different from you by tomorrow afternoon, I'll assume the six of you are sneaking around the 'bottom' side of the room and up the stairs to the balcony area.

![]() |

How long does it take to climb the stairs? If the invisibility thrown on me lasts long enough, I can be further away from the group and act as an 'ace in the hole'. Also, was there a place like a roof to land above the guards? I believe I had enough time to fly back up there and land before the potion wore off. If not, I will go the the current plan.

![]() |

Creeping forward is fine. Splitting up might be difficult as touch is the best way to co-ordinate it, but yeah let us not get bogged down. Rolling stealth now to speed things along.
Spying the Druegar on the ledge, Tomas starts to creep forward, keeping quiet as the group move cautiously up to the waiting Ambushers. His heavy footsteps seem to pound in his ears due to the weight of his Angelic skin, but he trusts that the odd Wizard knows his trickery and deceit.

As the mass of the party makes its way up the southern stairwell to the upper balcony, each of you suddenly notice one of the large sculptures on the the floor begin to...shift. The irregular mass begins to move and undulate as the four duergar guards snap to attention. They look around on edge, but do not seem to particularly linger in your direction.
