Immediate action as soon as Seoni fails on her break grapple check: casting liberating command on Seoni. She gets another Escape Artist check to break the grapple as an immediate action, with a +18 bonus on that check (twice Kynrac's level).
Moving unimpeded out of the mass of flailing tentacles, Kynrac comes close to the sorceress and her robot bodyguard, then prays Irori to guide their arms and steadfast their will in this hour of need.
Casting prayer, everyone is affected except Lanarial (sorry, you're a bit far!) the golem, robot and armor (it's a mind-affecting spell): we gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks, while each of our foes takes a –1 penalty on such rolls.

@Seoni: A CMB roll is an attack, so 20 is auto-success. For an Escape Artist roll it isn't.
Lirianne manages to get away from the tentacles, but Seoni is still solidly stuck and being squeezed.

Seoni finally manages to break free, and move out of the danger zone. She over-concetrates her spell though, so no lightning coming from her hands.
Takajiro heals Amiri, who, from her prone position, swipes at both mercenary, hacking at their legs. Though bleeding badly, the mercenaries still stand, and look to be ready to beat the pulp out of the barbarian.
Lirianne, minified by the sorceress spell, moves in guns blazing, and hits the spellslinger twice.
The armour slams the robot, but only lands one blow, which doesn't seem to have much effect.

Yes, combats really become more complex at that level. You forgot the AoO the robot can take to hit me.
Lirianne, the bonuses don't stack with haste's. If you pick the ref/AC/to hit bonus from blessing of fervor, you only get an additional +1 if you are already hasted.

With Amiri on the ground, Lanarial has another clear shot at a mercenary.

But their coordinated movements make them harder to hit, and his arrow flies by harmlessly.

I think you were outside the range of my prayer spell but not haste or blessing of fervor, so you get to choose from BoF and have the extra attack from haste anyway.

The robot takes a swipe as Kynrac moves by. From his vantage point in the room, the lorekeeper looks on to see Lanarial fire a volley of arrow at the mercenary, one of them hitting particularly hard in a 'painful spot', just before Amiri stand up to threaten her two adversaries again.
The sorceress shoots a black ray at the oracle in the back, but it only causes foul-smelling scorch on the wall.

The extra attack from BoF also doesn't stack with the extra attack provided by haste. Basically when you're hasted and have BoF active at the same time, you can either:
- Increase its speed by 30 feet. (same as haste, doesn't stack)
- Stand up as a swift action without provoking an attack of opportunity.
- Make one extra attack as part of a full attack action, using its highest base attack bonus. (same as haste, doesn't stack)
- Gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. (haste gives +1 to the same stats, these bonuses don't stack, so if you pick that one you get an extra +1 on top of the bonus provided by haste)
- Cast a single spell of 2nd level or lower as if it were an enlarged, extended, silent, or still spell.
