Reiko races after the fleeing priest, whirling her chain around her head and whipping it out viciously.

and likely missing once again. Unless Inspired Rage helps. I am not familiar with it, so I don't know.


Inspired Rage As a standard action, Hakon can give all allies who accept it a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution, a +1 morale bonus to Will saves, and a –1 penalty to AC. Allies can accept the bonuses and penalties on a round by round basis, but while accepting the song, they can’t cast spells, use abilities requiring concentration, or use Intelligence-based skills, Dexterity-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, and Ride), or Charisma-based skills (except Intimidate).

Kyra wakes hayato, while Reiko and Hakon deal with the priest. Hakon hacks the bard in the back, while Reiko trips him over. In the end, he lies unconscious on the floor.

Combat over

The residual magic on the rod of the 'priest' fades, revealing it to be a simple metal rod.

The priest was wearing some fine bracers, and carried a potion and a masterwork dagger.

In the aftermath, the people of Allenstead quickly regain their senses. Though some suffer from amnesia, most of them recognise what the adventurers did for them. Safe from further razmiran influence (for now), the town presents the party with a parting gift of 300 gold pieces,

Thee adventurers arrive at the hill described on the map. The hill ahead is not much to look at. It gently slopes away from the river. A shallow cave is near its top, smoke from a campfire curling upward in the gentle breeze. The grass wafts slowly along a gently curving path up the southern face of the hill, ending in a few switchbacks as the hill grows steep near the top.

Quinn and Hakon see Seoni's missile attack as their cue to run forward.

The sniper, a halfling, move to a vantage point and fires a bolt at quinn, while the striker moves forward and attacks Ulisha, but misses.

Attack, ulisha: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Following the attack, Ulisha makes a run for it, towards the adventurers.
