"You feeling better now?" Ilya asks Swayaah after the latter's drunk the antitoxin.

Swayaah briefly stops rotting, but then the effect continues as it did before. Ketill diagnoses the affliction as Bebilith's rot, a terrible abyssal curse that slowly drains the health of those affected. Only a Heal spell - or luck - can help Swayaah.
It's neither a disease, nor a poison
As the foul rotting works it course, Swayaah's frame fends off the Abyssal invasion, and eventually the necrotic growth stops spreading, but not before it has wreaked terrible havoc on Swayaah's health.

Swaayah coughs some more, her expression turning a bit serious. "Man, this place has not been good for my health, eh Ilvan? First that freaky mummy, then this damned spider." She pets Ilvan's head.
"I'll feel a lot better when we smash that crazy lady's head. But...I think I'll have to let you two take the lead." She looks at Ilya and Kellan.

The eels continue to be a nuisance, but with the spider climbing ability, crossing to the other side can be done without getting to close to the eel-infested handholds. Swayaah crosses over without too much trouble.
There's a door on the other side. The cave looks a bit rougher here.

"No flesh melting spiders, goody." Swayaah claps her hands and looks for a way that her less enabled friends can cross. "I have some rope. Maybe someone can hold the other end and the rest can climb across the rope bridge?"

After everyone has climbed across Ketill unties the rope. He unfurls his wings and flies to the other side.

With some fine engineering work, the party manages to cross the dark chasm, only to wonder what horror await behind the door.
Beyond the door, the walls of this room are carefully smoothed into strange, organic curves, and then rounded in disturbing folds like the contours of a brain. The floor is carved in small channels, like ripples in sand.
The dust stirs up as the door opens, releasing a moldy smell. Two mummy moves towards the party, with a single automaton standing in the back.

Zen'yr will move to the edge of the pit, praying that the giant spider things is truly dead, as she would hate to be viewed as a snack right about now. She grabs a scroll and casts it.

Ketill bides his time, waiting for a mummy to come into view. Zen'yr doesn't have that patience, and just fills the room with fire

The mummy's wrapping scorch in the inferno, but near the automaton the fire doesn't seem as bright - as if something is actively absorbing it. As the fire burns, a kind of brown stain extends from the automaton, and cover the cave floor.
Swayaah moves in a feels a bit chilly, while Vayu climbs the ceiling. The gaze of the mummies is unsettling.
I need two DC 16 Will saves, for Swayaah, Vayu and Kellan
Kellan, undaunted by the mummy's aura, moves in to both heat and chill the mummy.

The automaton closes in on the paralyzed tiefling, a chilling wind encompanying a strike from the ranseur. Unable to act, Kellan also takes a heavy blow from the mummy.

GM, anything usefull I know about the construct with that knowledge arcana roll of 41? Elemental resistances / spell resistances / special defenses / attacks are the things I would like to know

The mummies are regular ones, especially vulnerable to fire. The automaton is much like the ones you've seen before, though this one is covered in brown mold. At least, it was until it got hit by the cold.
Zen'yr throws a ray of lightning at the automaton, wreaking havoc on the metalwork.
RFX: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Swayaah then steps in with her earthbreaker, and shows that automatons are as good as earth for breaking purposes. She leaves behind a pile of bent metal and broken cogs and gears.
Kellan, unfrozen, takes revenge on the mummy with a fiery stab

A door to the southwest reveals a corridor, which ends in a - from this side - obvious secret door. From behind, a draft indicates the reopening of the sealed entrance, making the passage to lower levels of the dungeon clear.

Beyond the tomb of Yarrix, the descent becomes steeper and steeper. Until the climb becomes challenging indeed. The walls and the ladder’s rungs are coated in thick slime, and in one section the rungs have rusted away entirely.
Can I have a marching order? Who is first? If you're going to negotiate this climb, I need an Acrobatics or Climb check

Almost a mile underground, the adventurers have no trouble descending further, despite the rusted stairs and slippery surface. Swayaah heads in first, followed by Ilya. Climbing down with amazing ease, Swayaah sees the bottom end of the descent. At the bottom of the shaft lies a chamber with walls formed from opaque green glass. Doors exit the chamber to the south and west.

"Ilvan, are you still chewing on that meat? Stop it!" Swayaah's warning comes to no avail, as Ilvan tries to chew and climb at the same time. He learns the hard way that it's not easy.
