All eyes are turned towards the professional.
Trap Spot: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31
Sure enough, she manages to find not one, but two hidden magical devices on the door: one is general trap, while the other activates when the proper key is not used.
DC 30 DDV to disable

Marnarius, the Vengeful |

Shohiraj gets a thumbs-up from Marnarius for finding the traps. As he digs around in his backpack for his thieving tools, he keeps his voice down and asks "Do you need a hand?"
I don't think she needs the help, but Marnarius will Aid Another on the Disable Device check.
Disable device: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26

DM Kludde |

Marnarius tries to disable the traps, but hasn't managed so far. Fortunately he didn't set any of them off.

DM Kludde |

d'oh. Misread that...

Shohiraj, The Professional |

thanks for rolling hight, GM :)
The Professional wraps up her sleeves and takes a closer look at the traps. "I think I'm able to remove them."

Just to inform you, I will be traveling for work until late on Thursday, during which time I may or may not have access to the internet
"And, did you succeed? I think you must have since we haven't all been blown to pieces since you started to work on the lock." Joliryn inquires after she sees the Professional fiddle with the traps and lock a bit

DM Kludde |

The professional manages to disable the traps, and a certain key should allow ingress.
The door opens up to a large vault. Rows of low shelves laden with scrolls, books, and the odd relic line this well-lit hall. At its far end stands a small fountain that emits a small amount of steam—enough to keep this dry room’s humidity constant. Six decorative columns, each one densely carved with animal imagery and fanciful whorls, stand along the walls, and a pair of lounging lizard statues rest on a dais at the north end of the room.

Marnarius, the Vengeful |

Marnarius nods in acknowledgment of Rataji's plan, donning his shield and drawing his sword while advancing through the corridor and whispering some final words to Zurnzal. Come on, fellow. Let's do this. Time for some action."
Eyeing the various statues and carvings with caution, he takes a step into the room. Wouldn't be the first time some fancy crap like that comes to life! He doesn't allow the statues to draw all his attention, though. His eyes begin sweeping the room as soon as he enters, from left to right and back. Left, right, left, trusting to his instinct and training to let him react to any sudden movement.
Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18

DM Kludde |

Marnarius moves into the vault on the orders of Rataji, but only gets a few seconds before the stone lizards start moving. What's even worse, the column in the back of the vault turned out to be housing two chameleons, stealthily hidden in the stonework.

As 322 skips into the room, she suddenly becomes alert. She darts into the room and fires a ray from her fingertips, hitting the Western chameleon.

Yes we do, it is linked above, just above the campaign tab.

The experiment realises that these creatures are not animated statues, or religious items of any sort, though she can't quite figure out what else they are.

Marnarius spots the chameleon while sweeping the room. He is distracted for a moment by the erratic movement of the stone-like lizards, but then focuses on the task at hand. Taking full advantage of the moment, he advances to the chameleon on his left. In the blink of an eye, he has crossed the few yards while studying the beast, looking for any weak points he might exploit. He then raises his sword for two quick strikes, putting his full weight behind them.

DM Kludde |

Rataji knows that these are foo creatures, special guardians from the ethereal plane. Seems like all they ever wanted was a brother: when seen in pairs, they profit from special protection. (You get two questions)
Marnarius doesn't owe the creatures anything and attacks hard, putting the chameleon under pressure, his two solid blow make sure the creatures neck winds up snapping in the end.

Marnarius wipes some sweat from his face with a forearm once the chameleon goes down. "It's a start... Too bad we're just dealing with statues." He mutters some expletives under his breath while he seems to struggle with the shield strapped to his left arm. It looks as if he'd rather ditch the wooden thing and start hacking away with his sword, but experience has taught him not to undervalue his defenses.
He tries to gauge whether any of the others might assist his attacks. Still busy with the other green one, it seems. Following on the heels of Rataji's lightning, Marnarius steps back into the hallway, right next to one of the Lizards. He sizes up his new opponent and starts chopping at the stone.

Ah,since I don't think I could have reached anything else to attack is it ok to change the attack from last round to a readied attack? I think that comes down to me attacking the blue lizard

Marnarius puts all his weight behind his attacks, and while his first blow is too wild, his second one connects, sending bits of stone flying.

He glances over his shoulder, where his fellows are battling the second chameleon. "You done yet? They've practically surrounded us! " He then switches his attention to 322. "Oi, girl!" he shouts. "Get behind this lizard and wave a dagger at it. Just distract it long enough so I can end this thing."
322, would you be willing to walk around the bench and flank the lizard from the right? You should be able to reach with just a move action, I think.
Marnarius delays, hoping for a chance at sneak attack damage.

Although the professional connects with the chameleon, her attack is to weak to damage the stony outer shell. The experiment moves around the lizard to threaten it from the other side, which is Marnarius' cue to stab hard.
