Welcome all! Would you all be so kind as to add significant stats to you header? The way to do it: when you edit the profile of the character, you can enter race, gender and class. Each of these show up in your header, and it here that you can enter extra information.
For instance, Anara entered
'Female Halfling Dervish Dancer 1 | HP 10/10 | AC 18 | T 15 | FF 14 | CMB -1 | CMD 13 | Fort +2 | Ref +7 | Will +3 | Init +6 | Perc +6 | SM +0'
in one of the boxes, and you can see the result above.

Sorry to ask this, but are there expectations as to participation? It would be nice if everyone checked in a couple times a day, especially during combat. Or, can we move on if someone doesn't post for 24 hours?
Alternatively, this is my first PBM game, so maybe I have totally unrealistic expectations for moving through it :) just let me know if that's the case.
Don't mean to be cranky, just want to have fun :)

What I typically do:
Non-combat: I just move the story along as long a someone posts.
Combat: What I typically do is allow 36 hours since combat start for a reaction. Usually, that is more than sufficient for everyone to react. Should someone fail to react, I'll either post a move myself or tell other players to make a move (all within reason). Once the player checks back in, he regains control. I give style points for announcing beforehand when you'll be unavailable.

I am at a con this weekend, so I am unlikely to be able to post in depth. I will be back on Monday night. I am basically just going to fling cantrips for the rest of this encounter anyway.
Brodey
|
After my last Pathfinder character got lost several times, and in the process had a number of hilarious but dangerous misadventures (freezing to death, so much fire damage that all party clw wands burned out, trampled by animals, the list goes on....) I decided that one thing on any Pathfinder Bodyguard's list had to be survival. Too many Pathfinders are great in cities, tombs and outer planes but strangely helpless in ordinary wilderness.
While all those adventures ended well, the magic required to make up for the lack of basic skills was sometimes problematic or at least expensive.
Anara Resario

not sure my availability for rest of day. Have a bunch of meeting this afternoon. So Anara can be a mouth for someone if they want to continue this conversation so that the party doesn't get stuck waiting on me.
Brodey

Brodey lets go of his ranseur with his right hand then moves 3 squares forward and one diagonally up and to the right, drawing a chakram as he moves. He will throw at the topmost Mite, which is just within the 30' range of the weapon (but not in the group conveniently gathered for sleep)
chakram: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
He will then grip his ranseur to have it available to defend against any charge by the enemy.

I would like to purchase a wand of CLW with prestige points at the end of this scenario also.

@Anthea: good! Glad you're still there :)
@Quarr: that should be no problem at all.

With the scenario almost drawing to a close, it's time to start thinking about reporting. Can I have everyone's PFS# and, if relevant, a day job roll?
Also, with the Game Day starting on April 5th, I think it would be nice to try and keep this table together for a Game Day scenario. I can offer 5-04 The Stolen Heir, which is a fun investigative scenario set in Andoran.
So let me know:
- Your PFS number
- Your day job roll
- Whether you'd like to continue in this group
- If yes, which scenario you'd like to run (I would prefer a season fiver (Glass River, Stolen Heir, Library of the Lion, but I'm also running 'Snows of Summer' from the Reign of Winter AP, so I could open a second table for that)
Lunaea Moonstruck

Lunaea's PFS number is 118424-2.
No day job (other than poring over old scrolls in the PFS library and trying to recreate halfling trail rations in her cauldron)
I'm up for a new table April 5 if Brodey is free that day. If not, I have a new Ranger and/or a Rogue I'd like to start.
I have no preference of scenarios since this is the only one I've played.

PFS # 95737-2
No Day Job
I would like to continue with this group as long as we will be done by May 4th as I leave for vacation for a week at that time and I do not want to hold everyone up.
If not I understand.
I have already completed the Glass River Rescue on another character but I am up for anything.

My PFS# is 41462-8
I would be ok with playing another game, except that I am in the middle of moving right now, which is why I am mysteriously absent. Things will have settled down a bit by the 5th so I'll try my best.
I have played Glass River Rescue and DM'd Library of the Lion, Snows of Summer already.

PFS# 100190-6
Day Job Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Sorry for my absence the last few days, have been traveling for work. Great playing with you all and thanks so much DM Kludde. Won't be able to post regularly in April so will bow out of the next game but hope to adventure with you all again soon!

Indeed: You're free at any time to leave the caves and start reporting to the society - if you think you've learned all you're supposed to learn. Until that time, we'll just go on...
As for follow-up scenarios: it seems it converges to The Stolen Heir.
'Game Day' is an event that runs by PbP over the course of (a maximum of) three months, in the same format as this game.
A player being out for a week is not such an enormous deal is the player is willing to cope with having to catch up (and if you're ok with being DM controlled or sidelined). Most scenarios run in about a month, so you might even find you're finished before end april (Lunaea) or start of may (Quarr).
At any rate: the current scenario is not finished! You're in a cave full of slime and zombies and underworld creatures!

Then I am in :)
