Zekuli nods agreement with Pietro. “We were told to search the tower, but nothing wrong with going up first.” He follows the others up another flight.

GM Socrates |

The party makes their way up the stairs to the fourth floor, where they find another door. Unlike the door on the third floor, this door is *not* unlocked, and Caelreth has no issues opening it. As he does, the same nauseating stench rolls out. On the other side, visible by the light of Arisira's dancing lights are three troglodytes, armed and ready for a fight, in a room full of bunks.

Hap makes up for their failures with a shot to the shoulder of the green-tinted troglodyte.
BOTTING Caelreth follows suit with the rest of the party by entering the room and swinging ineffectually at the red-tinted troglodyte with his longsword.
The troglodyte with a green shade to its scales responds to Hap by throwing its javelin at him and pinning his shoulder with a javelin. Hap takes 2 damage. It then draws its club and closes the distance.
Meanwhile, the other two troglodytes draw their clubs and swing at Seelah and Pietro. The troglodyte with reddish scales lands a blow on Pietro. Pietro takes 3 damage

I’m not sure why I got moved into the room? I already moved my token and attacked from range last turn, and my next action was going to be to cast a spell, which is problematic if I’m standing next to a troglodyte.

As the rest of the party clambors into the room, Arisira's shooting lanes become smaller and smaller. Instead of pointlessly firing her bow, she instead reaches out with her hand towards the red and green troglodytes. Instantly, a thick coating of oily liquid sprays all over the creatures and the floor- making their footing much more treacherous.

Sorry Zekuli\Elinnea, your post mentioned attacking with a morningstar and said nothing about throwing it, so I presumed that you meant to move into the room. I have now moved your icon back to where it was before.
Seelah delivers a powerful blow to the blue-tinted Troglodyte, dropping it to the ground. Somehow Pietro ended up on the opposite side of the room sometime between last turn and the turn before. To fix that he moves this turn carefully around troglodye (that he had been next to since the first round) and we can just say that was his action last round this round, since by the map he could not reach his target last round.
"OH! Well that wasn't my foot after all. Heh, heh."

GM Socrates |

Hmm, looking at the revision history for the google doc I can't tell who moved you, Pietro\Great Green God, although it does look like someone peeked at the other rooms... Regardless, I put you back where you were. Though I think we're about to find it is a moot point...

GM Socrates |

Zekuli and Caelreth both swing at the red troglodyte as it tries to stand. Caelreth delivers a terrible cut that stills it as it lays in the grease.
Zekuli then swings his morningstar at the remaining troglodyte, but catches nothing but air each time. Seelah connects her blade to the last trog's arm, giving it a nasty nick. Pietro, like his divine cousin, can't seem to connect his morningstar to anything troglodyte-shaped. Arisira begins to cheer on the party with some inspiring words. Her words seem to do the trick, as the last troglodyte falls to Caelreth's blade with an arrow from Hap for good measure.
Combat Over

GM Socrates |

After gathering themselves, the party searches the room full of bunks, but finds nothing interesting.
Feel free to do some healing before reading the next portion
Moving on to the leftmost door, Caelreth opens it. Arisira's dancing lights reveal a room covered in mold and fungus. The room is flooded with a few inches of water--probably caused by the cracks in the walls and ceiling. Sitting in one of the puddles is a giant, man-sized frog, which eyes the party and seems to lick its lips for a moment. Without further warning, it hops closer and its tongue leaps out of its mouth at Caelreth! The tongue wraps around Caelreth and yanks him into the room, closer to the frog.

As Zekuli blesses the party's efforts and Pietro tries to pull Caelreth free, Hap delivers an arrow to the frog's eye, killing it. Caelreth is able to work himself free of the tongue after that.
As the party searches the room, Caelreth finds a small jade statue of an angelic being amidst the rubbish under a broken table. It seems pretty valuable.
Making their way through the leftmost door, the party finds another empty ledge where a room once was.
Doubling back to the first room and going through the remaining door, Arisira's dancing lights soon reveal this room is occupied by an armed and angry troglodyte that is much larger than the others--larger even than most adult troglodytes! It stands alone by a brazier of glowing coals. The acrid stench of the smoke from the coals blends with the trog's natural stench to make a truly horrific combination. A few knives, pokers, and other metal implements lie atop a rusty iron box near the brazier.

Hap and Seelah make short work of what's left of the bigger troglodyte.
On the troglodyte's body the party finds a key. Inside the rusty box, they find a suit of masterwork studded leather armor, a masterwork buckler, a masterwork rapier, a shortbow with 15 arrows, a scroll of cure moderate wounds, a scroll of invisibility, a wayfinder, and a climber’s kit.
After Caelreth opens the door to the next room, Arisira's lights reveal a flinching human in manacles. After a moment he seems to realize you're not troglodytes. "Oh, thank the gods! Please set me free!"
