The horde of bugs swarm over the pathfinders, biting and nipping and ...poisoning.

A lightning bolt cuts through the middle of the room, hitting Alie, Kalendir and Fletch.

Tort:
Meanwhile two figures step out from the the grey mists. One fires a volley of arrows at you but you avoid them all.
The second calls down a small fireball on you

Fletch:
You see a scary looking elf in the bottom right hand corner of the room.

You have a sudden flash back to another time, in the Mwangi jungle where a horde of insects is trying to devour your flesh.

Wynn steps away from the swarm and fires an arrow into it. The spluttering arrow cuts a swath through the closest swarm, but it is still large and aggressive. However their poison starts to take a toll on him and his fingers start to shake.
Tort sees the two figures still. However if he tries to move forward he feels an invisible barrier pushing back against him.
I'll not make you waste a move action to discover that, as it is easily within reach

Alie moves out of the swarms effect Still have a standard action if you want one

Ill use my movement to get just beside Fletch instead of behind him if that is okay.

Alie casts a spell and her skin turns red tinged for just a quick moment. She inhaled deeply and exhales a 30’ cone of Fire, catching most all of the swarms, but also catching some of her friends.

If everyone agrees, I’ll cast Dragon Breath (fire). I don’t want to do any PVP so if there is an objection, I’ll delay my action, but I think getting rid of the swarms might be what is most important here.

Tort blocks the entrance way, while Kalendir fights off his poison.

Kalendir avoids the worst of the lightning, and quickly heals himself.

Alie breathes fire, crisping bugs. Morrin avoids the flames entirely, while Wynn is also burnt.

@Morrin, Alie could get them all, and sadly they failed their saves, and with +50% damage from AOE... they are all gone, so you can still have an action.

With the bugs gone, a new horror confronts the pathfinders. The very stones of the floor become viscous spikes, impeding your movements and threatening your feet.

Non flying folk take 1d8 damage for every 5' square and for each 5' you walk you must make a Fort DC 18 save or have your movement speed halved due to a foot injury

More arrows fly out of the passage, this time they are directed at Morrin. Only two hit though as Tortuga makes a good barrier. Meanwhile another lightning bolt cuts through the room, hitting Alie and Fletch.

You can't normally move 10' and still full attack. Fletch also has a reflex save to make, which he probably only fails on a 1 or a 2.
Also you take d8 for every 5' you move. I'm not sure if the 10' you wrote is correct, or you only moved 5' and got all the attacks.

Sorry. I originally planned a 10' move, then realized I wanted to fire a full volley so only moved 5, but forgot to write 5'. I only moved 5' on the map.

Reflex save: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 34 That makes up for the failed Fortitude save!

With so many injuries Kalendir grabs his medallion and does what he can to heal the wounded. Raising his bow he charges positive energy into it and fires arcing rays of healing across the room.

Growling at the arrows that hit him, Morrin pulls out one of the shafts and hurls it back at his attacker, using his telekinetic power to hopefully strike true before moving out of sight of the archer.

Kalendir's glow of radiance makes everyone in the room feel better. The poor archer is just out of range though. What an oversight.

Morrin sends an arrow hurtling back toward the archer with the force of a tornado. Unfortunately, for the archer, whatever barrier keeps Tortuga at bay doesn't seem to work against the arrow. She goes down.

Wynnreyell, with no archer to shoot at, his the man who was behind her with his own arrow.

Tortuga continues to block the doorway.

The scungy figure steps into the grey mists.

Meanwhile a lighting bolt catchs Alie again, almost as if someone didn't like her, and shots through to Wynn.
