Double checking the math.
Looks like I took 15 damage, not 30 for the warriors' attacks.
Primary Attack 1 - natural 20/33 to Confirm for 15 nonlethal, 6 lethal (+21 nonlethal if confirmed), 34 to trip, 2 damage to self.
If tripped, Vicious Stomp - 37 to hit for 13 nonlethal, 7 lethal, 4 damage to self
Primary Attack 2 - natural 20/24 to Confirm (28 if prone) for 16 nonlethal, 7 lethal (+22 nonlethal if confirmed), 5 damage to self
Primary Attack 3 - 39 to trip
Vicious Stomp (blue) - 33 to hit for 19 nonlethal, 7 lethal, 2 damage to self
Secondary Attack - 23 to hit (27 if prone) for 11 nonlethal, 7 lethal, 1 damage to self.
Tertiary Attack - natural 20/natural 20 to confirm for 26 nonlethal, 7 lethal, 1 damage to self.
So it looks by the lethal damage totals, then all my attacks hit including the vicious stomps, so I did 15 damage to myself, which means the 94/124 hp is accurate.
But I'm not sure the total nonlethal damage works out.
Since it seems like all the crits would have confirmed if all the attacks hit, the total of the nonlethal damage on both would be 143 (36+13+38+19+11+26), but you have 98 total, which I can't make work. Maybe you left out the crits? So maybe orange went down sooner and blue took more of the hits.

Alie moves ahead 20' more, putting her just northwest of Wynn (I said in the last post,I'd move 20' forward, so 20' more on top of that would put me in that square, if someone would be so kind as to move me).
Could Alie see the general direction the lightning bolt came from? I assume it was behind the opposing front liners...if so Alie will cast Glotterdust in that area, hoping to catch her in the radius. DC 20 Will to resist, but hopefully it will get rid of her ainvisibility.

You need improved precise shot to counter that.

How many rounds of the boots of speed have you used in total now?
Scent lets you (as a move action) try to work out which direction a particular scent is coming from. Romulus detects a scent towards the top of the map compared to where it is now. I have put in a shaded figure. Only Romulus and Wynn (when in position) can see it.
Another lightning bolt flashes out, again striking Romulus, this time zipping through Alie and Tortuga as well.
The remaining warriors position themselves around Tortuga, but can't manage to land a solid blow on the agile monk.
Perhaps most worryingly however is the presence of a truly massive ape that lumbers down the path and grasps at Fletch.

The caster did not appear after the lightning bolt. Both bolt seemed to go between the two side areas, but as an instantaneous both,
you are not too sure which one it came from. However with the faerie fire, that all changes and you can all see her for the moment.

Morrin, watching the arrows of his allies strike home on the enflamed creature, gathers power once more. Electricity crackles in the air around the man, snaking its way towards his hands, forming a ball of condensed energy over an outstretched palm. Twisting his wrist, the energy shoots towards the creature in fire. As the blast leaves his hold, Morrin pales slightly as droplets of blood slowly flow from his nose.

Because of total burn, Morrin will get another +2 to Dex, and will have a 25% chance to negate criticals.

@ Fletch Scent also only lets you be aware (and with a move actin know the direction) of foes. You can only pinpoint them within 5').
@Fetch, I'm going to go with a natural 20 auto succeeding on getting out of a grapple.
@Morrin, Maximised and empowered, you do maximum on normal damage, but still roll the bonus 50% from empowered. so Morrin normally does 6d6+6 + CON(+5) +1 (PBS). Maximised that turns to 36+6+5+1; Empowered adds an extra 3d6. I think I'm missing something from how you are calculating his damage - not that it makes a huge difference for this case.
Morrin sends electricity slamming into the snake woman. If she had hair, surely it would have stood on end. Romulus, unphased by close proximity to high voltage then proceeds to rip into her paralyzed body - tearing out her throat.
Fletch somehow manages to wriggle out of his grapple. Just. By the skin of his teeth.
The ape roars its fury, obviously wanting to get past him, rending the archer with his claws, but not able to grab hold of him this time.
Behind the team another opponent appears, snakes in her hair, cackling.

Floating to another side of Wynn, the kineticist again spreads his arms, yet this time a piece of debris near him begins to float from the ground. An unearthly sound begins to sound around the man as small tears into the ethereal plane appear for a moment before the debris shoots towards the large gorilla.

Free action to 5' step, move to gather power, standard to fling piece of rubble from square. It's a physical blast so normal AC applies. This is my bread and butter attack scheme as it can do more damage, but has a much less chance to hit against heavily armored enemies. DR will most likely be applied to the damage as well, since the physical blast counts as B/P/S and Magic.

You can move at full speed and use Acrobatics, but the DC is 10 higher. Of course being a high strength, huge creature with a decent BAB, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that even a natural 20 isn't going to do it.

@Fletch, does Romulus also have light armor proficiency. That is normally a prerequisit for medium armour proficiency.
Tortuga trips the medusa, and bashes her several times. But this is one tough lady, she is still fighting.
Wynnm fires several arrows into the ape. It seems to annoy him. His wolf heads towards the medusa, whose hair doesn't (quite) manage to bite him.
Fletch tries to flee, the ape takes a parting bite out of him as he does so.
Kalendir's arrows however don't manage to get through the snake womans armor.
Da Tunga lopes forward and attacks Kalendir, cleaving into Morrin behind him.
Meanwhile the medusa laughs at Tortuga and vanishes.

@Fletch, Romulus is currently out of sight of you. I assume his last command was to attack the Medusa, you'll need to be closer to him to give him a new command. You can take what actions are reasonable for him to continue his last command though.
