Rackle moves around one of the corners and sees a horrible mutated set of three creatures. These lumbering monsters have bloated frames and move with a heaving step, and despite its size, they move with surprising quickness. Despite Rackle's silent moves, these things have sensed the party already.

"Let's get them to bunch up at this opening ... we could take them one at a time! Anyone know what these things are?"

Koemi moves next to Rackle (Q 21, sorry can´t go farther) and sets a cone of dizzying rainbows in front of the monsters (Color Spray DC 17).

Three of the warriors move up but only Liriann takes a shot before the monsters move. Her bullet sinks into monster's belly, spilling acid onto the floor.
Ahna waits and as soon as the monster moves he produces a shot of fire that burns the monster.
Koemi sinds waves of colors towards the monsters- Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7. The monsters stop suddenly, their minds turned to goo from the spell.
The remaining monster returns the attack on Liriann - Claw Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 Claw Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 for Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 Bite Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15

Helgorn and Meridyth to give orders, then the top of the order for round two. The two monsters marked grey on the map are unconscious from the Color Spray.

Yeah i think at least the middle one has cover which should protect it form the spell area. Or this is not a wall on the map?

![]() |

Yes, there are walls present which is blocking LoS and movement. Sorry if they don't show up well, especially with the tokens on top of them. Needless to say, you can likely pile in on the last NPC and finish it off without issue. The two color stunned monsters are essentially dead... they just don't know it yet!

Meridyth moves into the room just in time to see all the enemies dead or dying on the floor, and readies a coup d'grace. "What manner of foul creatures are these? They look rather like. . . a nightmare. If they are experiments gone wrong, we should either bring them back to be fixed, or take them out of their misery. If they be demons, we should slay them on the spot and send them back to whatever hell they came from."
Any K. Check people to determine what these are?

Knowledge Planes to learn about these now very dead creaturs.
Helgoron's blade sends the foul creature to its death bed. Acid and puss spilling onto the floor. The rest of the part moves to kill the unconscious monsters without hesitation.
With the creatures delt with and the room clear of any danger the group starts to look around the room and starts sifting through the papers left in the main chamber. The charred corpse is all that is left of Gandros’s (the crazed man that started this mission) father, Relios. Amidst the furniture is a desk with several log books and journals. Most of them detail the day-to-day transactions of the Emporium, but one is Relios’s personal journal. It details the goings on of many of his wealthy clients, as well as Relios’s personal life including the details of his ancestry and his son’s birth. One of the last ledgers mentions that Relios was falling on hard times and intended to sell his wayfinder back to the Pathfinder Society. The ledgers also show that Relios was selling a steady stream of yellowcap mushrooms to members of the pre-revolution high society in Augustana.
he mushrooms cause hallucinations when eaten. Yellowcaps were a popular drug among the nobility decades ago, but fell out of fashion in the wake of the People’s Revolution so are now worthless. More faerie effigies hide among the mushrooms, and on the very back wall, Gandros has painted a portal, a large circle of swirling color patterns. On the floor lies an open and empty scroll case next to a slightly charred, blank piece of parchment. Clearly the use of that scroll didn't end so well.
Essentially we are done. Congrats everyone! Continue to RP here see the discussion forum.
