Enora, normally I would love it, and as a pre battle buff for sure. But if raging, I have to try to save against it. You don’t need to decide who gets it until you finish casting, so you could still target Svetlana.

Completing the last parts of the spell, a wave of holy energy erupts through the adventurers.
Once the spell is complete (starting with Hellion) you get Blessing of Fervor. You can
• Increase speed by 30 feet.
• Stand up as a swift action without provoking an attack of
opportunity.
• Make one extra attack as part of a full attack action, using its
highest base attack bonus.
• Gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC
and Reflex saves.
• Cast a single spell of 2nd level or lower as if it were an
enlarged, extended, silent, or still spell.

Supersticious is great, in that you make almost all your saves, but it has its down sides as well, like in combat healing.

Okay, I will have to apologize for casting the spell. In the past the only times I used Spell Study, it was out of combat. For me to cast Blessing of Fervor, it will take at least 4 rounds to do it. So there are three options. I did not cast it, not doing anything last round, I abort casting the spell now and maybe lose the slots or continue casting the full time.

Your illustrious DM failed to realize these creatures are large. I'm not going to go back and take any appropriate AoOs or anything, as I'm sure being intelligent people you would've avoided them or dealt with them appropriately, but just to let you know why they grew.

Actually, Enora did not act last round as she only designated who her 1 round casting of enlarge in th round before that will affect. To make things less complicated I would say that Enora used her ‚quick study‘ Arcanist ability by expending an arcanist reservoir point to exchange ‚false life‘ with ‚create pit‘ that are both second level and can be exchanged with a full round activity. Thus, in this initiative round has ended the ‚quick study’ and she casts ‚create pit‘ on the 10X10 ft sq right behind the constructs. DC is 19 with expending an Arcanist reservoir point (potent magic) but they receive +2 on the reflex saves as they are standing at the adjacent squares of the pit . Note: arcanist reservoir points 4/6. I did it this way as otherwise one of us might fall in and this way you can potentially bull rush them in. http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/c/create-pit/

. . . wow, the dice... so much wow.
The opponents are allowed to be lucky as well sometimes! I just did not understand the "Red falls in an inactive pile shortly thereafter" part of your message?! So where is the 'red golem' on the map? ;-)
And if the golem OR ANY OF THE PCs stay adjacent to the pit AT THE END OF THEIR TURN, then they need to reflex save against DC 17 (DC 19 with a +2 bonus for being adjacent) or they fall into the pit / The create pit spell remains active for another 7 rounds.
